My package was picked up swiftly as detailed. It is going overseas. However it has been detained by the air carrier for 8 days to date and parcel monkey have been very slow to update me on when it will continue on its jourey.

The site did what I expected it to! It displayed a detailed range of posting options for the package Id described, then provided the appropriate label for attachment to the parcel. Payment was as simple as many other online retailers.

Avoid at all costs!!! Parcel delivered all smashed in. Id paid for insurance but oh no even though liability was admitted they refused to cover insured amount. Ended up taking Parcel Monkey to small claims court to recover costs. Disgusting customer service (if you can call 10 days to reply to emails customer service) pay peanuts get monkeys!!!!!

Excellent service! Parcel collected from home in Cumbria at 9am Monday morning by Parcelforce and delivered to my son and his family in Scotland the next day. Would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

So you book in with a service that should take 48 hours max. (Parcel Force express48) takes 11 days, complain to parcel force who honour a late delivery but you have to go through the original booking service to be told we dont warrant late delivery just save yourself the hassle and book direct with the company who were going to send your parcel

Parcel dropped off on the 12th of December, we were told it would take a week and it was received on the 05th of March. I chased the parcel up several times, was asked 3 times to describe what was in the parcel. If I track it now, it still doesn’t say that it had been delivered. I am pretty disappointed!

Setting up the account was a complete nightmare. Fields were not long enough for address and I had to redo things several times. The service however worked well if a little expensive.
