Beware when using this company tracking does not update they told us it would it doesn’t I have been in and out if conversations all week trying to get an update and they give me off, they now have said my parcel is over weight and too long, I filmed this before it was sent, they sent one useless pic to prove and now been hit with a further payment of £89 absolute joke and the other parcel is “lost” just don’t bother! They are rude and don’t know what is going on stick with Courier!

I had a heavy parcel of books to send someone. I used Parcel Monkey web site which gave me a choice of options. It was easy to use and I sent the parcel for reasonable money. I selected Parcel Force 48. I paid on line, printed off the label and dropped it off at the Post Office all without fuss. I have used them again since. Very good.

This was my first experience using Parcel Monkey UK, but it was great. The website was very clear, the labels printed clearly, the pick up was timely and the parcels got there the next day as promised. All without having to queue. Will definitely use again.

I really dont understand where the good reviews are coming from? Maybe they are fake. I cancelled a collection with this company.They kept my payment. And they never refunded me as promised. I will now seek legal advice

Parcel monkey delivers promptly -: the problem is not with them but with EU Customs who charged me with VAT and handling fees adding a total of 57 euros to my parcel- no explanation at all- the content was a gift to my daughter and I don’t know how to get round this bring a further issue down the line

Sent several parcels with PM through different couriers and each has worked out just fine. No problems with collection or delivery. Prices are good too. Very happy.

I found it ok to use their website, however it definitely struggled with the Canary Islands address, no special characters available or recognised.
Made it awkward and had to keep STARTING AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN.

I have just received an email asking how did we do? Well, you didnt do. My package wasnt delivered yet, was supposed to be 3 days but last update i had was on the 12th Feb. Could you please let me know wheres the package and when itll be delivered? Thanks!

On two separate occasions, the courier failed to do as clearly instructed on the label - to use the entry-phone at the flats to alert the recipient to the parcels arrival. As a result it was not delivered and I spent two very stressful days on the phone trying to find out where it was and how it could be collected. Sadly I will not be using Parcel Monkey again.

I ordered and paid for a parcel delivery to Slovakia. 10 days later my parcel turned up on MY doorstep. No notification, no explanation. Waste of time and money
