I have used Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey, and yet again my items I sent 24 hr service wrapped with fragile tape on were delivered to 3 different addresses and all recipients opened their parcels to find them totally smashed to pieces, this can only have been done with brutal force and disrespect, the driver who collected my items said he cant guarantee that they will be handled safely at the central depot, having read now 403 reviews on Parcelforce all stating their incompetence, horrendous customer service, delivery driver disrespect and all their other failings I find it hard to believe that ParcelMonkey still have dealings with such a diabolical, dishonest, disgraceful, disorganised, bad management Company, surely by linking with Parcelforce you are dragging your own name down. Over 40 years I owned those items and moved 5 times not once was one smashed. I have tried ringing Parcelforce to no avail, they dont return your calls, infact they couldnt care less, their attitude is to be detached from their customers, they find every excuse not to reimburse you when you manage to get through and if their drivers can stand there and say if it has fragile tape on it it gets thrown around harder, what kind of imbeciles are being employed there and surely if you have correct management skills you should be looking at the reviews and pulling the Company to task. The News should here about their shoddy Service and I will be contacting the Omnibusmam to look into how this Company can operate as disgracefully as it does.

avoid sent a parcel 2 weeks ago paid in full 4 days later got returned to me because there was 3 aerosols in said i wasnt entitled to a refund so had to pay in full again to send it sent thursday said arrive in 3 days it has been sat at heathrow airport since friday morning cant get through to anyone on phone also emails dont get an answer rubbish company rubbish service wont be using again

Never sent anything very heavy before. Didnt have a clue. Parcel Monkey was recommended. Really easy to use and courier i went with wasnt expensive. Parcel was received the next day. Would definitely use again.

Do not use this company, they took more money from my credit card after the delivery had been made, without warning, discussion or permission. They alleged that the dimensions of the item we sent were wrong, they made the ridiculous statement that an unframed black and white print was 7cm deep and weighed 4.4kg. They totally refused to discuss the matter and while they could not prove their allegation, they said that we had to prove the dimensions that we had provided. Unless you have photographic evidence with a ruler beside the parcel for all 3 dimensions, they will believe you.

This is the first time we have used the firm, in fact first time posting anything big apart from the Post Office.
contents were actually our laptop which had given up the ghost and with no-one around to look at it felt we probably had to look at replacing. However our son told us not to bin it and when circumstances allowed he would come for it. With lockdown and not being able to get out of our own regions we were stuck.Research put us in touch with your firm, what a blessing. It was collected next day, delivered within a day or two. Our son worked a miracle got it up and running in a few days then re-packed it and it was delivered back to us in a couple of days. Very considerate and friendly driver.

Posted my 2 parcels to Singapore last Saturday and both parcels arrived within 7 days. Great tracking with DPD too. Much cheaper than Royal Mail. Paid £68 with Parcel Money yet was quoted £101 with Royal Mail!

The original price was acceptable and was collected on schedule. However a week or so later I received a Email to say the parcel was slightly oversize (I just used dimensions given by AO for size of tv I was sending), And they demanded another £50. Will never use again
