Very poor, the parcel was not collected on the day confirmed, Courier turned up the day after by which time APC had collected the box.

Citylink driver didn't turn up to pick up so had to rebook for the day afterwards. No problems with PM but couriers need to be better.

I think the only thing missing from your service is an ETA for collections !! that would make things almost perfect !!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
As far as I can see my parcel hasn't even been delivered yet.
