We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
would have liked if a strong bag would have been supplied for the item being sent

The City Link driver ( Les Thomas) who picks up from us is very polite and friendly. He is a credit to his company.
