Offering more options on pick up times, i.e. morning or afternoon, or even e.g. between 2-4pm, happy to pay more for it.

We would love to but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Always collected on time, with no fuss, or problems! Cheap carriage, and would definitely recommend! A* xx
