On time and helpful. How do l know if the parcel arrived safely? I have had no feedback form the person l sent it to?

Since I didn't have the phone contact for the drop off, my number appeared on the label which would have been pointless.

I tried to pay by card and "payment failed" was displayed, but I was still debited and the parcels were collected and delivered on time!

It would be useful to know when a parcel is to be collected or delivered eg: AM or PM.This would free-up part of the day for other activity.
