First time using service via Courier - ordered 2 separate shipments. No pick up on the first day, showed up at 5.15 on the second. Poor.

the parcel wasn't picked up when it was supposed to be, there was no email or phone call to say so, the tracking service didn't work

this time was great, 1x time it never got collected tho and to re arrange and get refund was a nightmare - never got one in the end, gave up
