An a.m. or p.m. collection time would be very useful to customers instead of all day

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Delivery was good but the collecting driver did not sign the form and collection took several hours to update on your system

I bought a 48 hour service, it was picked up on Wednesday and the first attempted delivery was on Monday, that's 3 days

Ability to book a collection within a given period of time rather than a whole day

Order for return delivery failed as your system demanded a parcel value and would not accept any amount I entered. A competitor accepted.

Over the past 12 months 25% of my consignments have failed to be collected on the first attempt. I constantly have to chase and re-arrange.

Collection was booked on 16.10.2012, courier arrived only next day morning. Didn't knock the door, put missed delivery card in the door.

The parcel arrived 1 day late, tracking states that there was a delivery failure, this was not possible as the recipient was an open shop.
