My parcel has been in Madrid since Friday morning. It should have been in Majorca .Emailed parcel force this morning but no response.

It would be useful if there was the option to drop the parcel off at a couriers depot, as it would save customers taking time off.

parcel monkey did very well, but try and give customers time option for your pick up at home. Option like AM, Noon or PM to suite customers

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
