I was waithing after 2:30 PM as I stated in my order (message for driver) for someone to pick up a package. Nobody showed up. A day wasted.

Our Response: we have an anytime collection window so you can't pick when the driver will show on your doorstep. You are not booking a taxi but a UK courier.

Overal, great service but slightly confusing when booking a day for pick up as drop down menu offered option that it was too late to book

Yes that's correct. After a certain time in the evening it's too late to make a next day booking.
delivery driver turned up on time was very friendly, fill in paper work and took parcel. easy to track on line. Great job, good price.
