We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

I paid for Express International. Parcel-force took 5 days to deliver package to Courier in London. Cant track package. Very disappointed.

When ParcelForce collected they didn't phone when no-one answered the door, we had to take the parcel to the depot
