Your website is very easy to use however City Link did fail very badly due to a very bad delivery driver, nothing to do with Parcel monkey!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

It was not clear that the 24hr service did not include saturday delivery - despite me looking for it- this caused problems. pay peanuts :-)

Our Response: It's is clear as it states next working day throughout the website. Also if you want a Saturday delivery service then we do sell this as a stand alone service.
