Well my honest opinion is that I am very disappointed. The parcel was promise to arruve in 3 days from UK to France amd it didnt.....I mean come on its not like France is in China. If I wouldve used the mail post I think I wouldve been faster. So now it.s sunday . The parcel was collected on monday and it still not delivered... what is going on???

Checked tracking number after delivery time of 48 hours had passed. Item had not moved from depot where parcel had been collected. Eventually arrived after 72 hours. Asked for compensation - told to check out terms and conditions - theres an clause saying delivery not guaranteed.

Collection of parcel was timely and trouble free. Delivery to Portugal took less than 48 hours. Excellent Service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I used Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey for an important and valuable international parcel; big savings compared to Parcelforces own site and no difference in service, i.e. great, whatsoever. Highly recommended and I would use again without hesitation.

I could easily find the best rate of the day and booked a collection with DPD and another one with Parcelforce.
I received all the necessary information from Parcelmonkey and
both couriers made a very efficient service.
I am very happy with Parcelmonkey and would reccomend it.

Parcel was collected on specified day (just wish that a time (ish) would be given as parcel was not collected till 17:20 but totally amazing as ordered 48 hr parcelforce, and parcel was delivered to destination at 12:20 the next day!!

i booked a parcel last sunday, for it to be picked up monday, it is now friday and still no pick up. I contacted them via their website and chat and got the same reply again and again we will reschedule your parcel. I complained yet again today and got told I can have a refund. (which of course will take around a week or more as they have to contact a seperate section for this. ( been there before with them). there is no compensation for loss of earnings due to the parcel not being sent, they arent bothered and its in their terms and conditions not to compensate, and as mentioned many times to others they are only a price comparison website yet they are the ones you pay the money to. What also is shocking is that you complain like many others on their facebook page about a parcel not being picked up, and instead of replying to your complaint they decided to block you instead and delete your post. it is not the first time Id have to complain or as mentioned get a refund from this company. As seen on their facebook page the reply to everyone when complaining is they will issue a refund thats the answer to it all, not to reassure you that they will contact the courier involved on this occasion Yodel to see about a possible refund from them. too many times this company has let me down, Thankfully I have the chat emailed to me to show to the customer it wasnt my error,

When passing the order, Ive specifically asked that the parcel should be delivered for Saturday (we were friday) and paid extra for this. A driver showed up on Friday and wanted to deliver it the same day when the all point of this was for the parcel to be delivered on Saturday!! They wanted to arrange another pick up for Monday. I am still waiting for my refund!

I booked a pick up for a Friday and waited in all day but never came for parcel. Ended up having to drive 20 miles to nearest Parcel force depot the following day to drop off parcel. Not impressed.

booked a courier thought parcel monkey to send boxes to italy, booked my flight to Italy too as I wanted to be there for my boxes. Boxes never arrive, they never contact and inform me, so after a week of waiting I contact parcel monkey and say the the company at the moment doesnt delivery to a Island. My boxes where sent back to the sender, so went back to london to get my boxes but nothing, no news no info nothing. The track number page says is on the way to the sender, but after 10 days Still I havent received anything. Im on my way to the local police station and report this as Im worry that my boxes as been stoled. Cheap company? no! Payed a 2 way flight for nothing, lost a week of work, and dont know anything about my item in the boxes yet. Avoid. They dont call you, send a email, nothing.

the very badly designed website and 30 character limit on driver notes meant I could NOT even fit the boxes reference numbers the driver had to quote to collect parcels. (so had to add to address box) customer service, seemed indifferent, parcel so far is 5 days late and still not received ...

I used parcel monkey after 4 day battle with parcels2go and 4 failed all day pickups. So having received a text with 1h window and the driver turning up on time I will never use any other service. Parcel delivered much quicker than expected.

Booking online for the parcel to be collected from my work place in Portsmouth, UK, I was texted before hand to say when they would arrive to collect the parcel all went smoothly. The problem has been in France, the parcel still has not arrived, the person who it was being delivered too has also been tracking it and has been in to receive it. One message he received was that they had tried but no one was in, the other was has been delivered but he hasnt yet received it, still ongoing. I was informed when I booked the to have the parcel delivered that it would take two days it is now 7 days, so far.

I sell shelves through eBay and always use a competitor to send my parcels cause it was the first I used and was very reasonable and reliable. I was aware of your service and was toying with switching then an opportunity arose when a customer requested a quote which I couldnt gain from my usual service as they didnt deliver to that address. I entered the address on this service and got a quote for £16. I relayed this to the customer and they paid this amount. I created the shelf and when ready to send entered the same details in the system followed the same low quote and then on passing a number of screens the price doubled to £32! I had an issue here because I had made the shelves and also promised a send by date. I had to send this and lose my profits. This is an absolute disgrace of a service and I will not use this again nor promote this service.

The PF source was prompt with the 24 hour service BUT...
Parcelmonkey did not provide PF labels and to add insult to injury nor did parcelforce when they turned up - the collecting driver did have have any docs, receipt etc with him other than the collect lists.
In this sense the service was poor.
