our package was picked up by Parcel Force. i clicked that the package was on a pallet. They wouldnt accept it. so had break it up.

Poor service. Delivered back to me (the sender) after one week by ParcelForce24. No help from Parcelmoney.. ridiculous!!

As stated in previous feedback, the courier did not seem happy at the size of the item even though the weight had been provided on your site
