Having paid nearly twice as much for the same type of delivery abroad service the previous week, I was delighted to discover Parcelmonkey. I also had my parcel collected, which was an added bonus. Top marks!

I booked a collection with Yodel over 10 days ago and they didnt turn up at all - im at a business address so its always manned. The failed collection was then re-booked for 2 days later and the driver didnt show up. I contacted Parcel Monkey who told me the order was now cancelled due to an error in the system. Its now been 15 days and ive only just had the refund processed. Totally unacceptable service!

I booked a parcel in for collection the next day and due to a problem with the post code being entered in the wrong box, I received no label. I phoned them first thing and was informed that the address had been corrected and a label was on its way. Two hours later no label, phoned again, received label. No one collected. When I rang again I was told it was booked in for the following day. So there changed the date without even advising me and when I questioned this via email, no reply, still awaiting a reply. Not very impressed

Booked a courier for Monday, never showed. No update on website for 24 hours. Contacted 3rd party DPD service who apologised and said they would get someone out Tuesday (never showed). Its now Wednesday ParcelMonkey website updated to rebook for Thursday collection 3 days late. The service was a 3-4 day courier from UK to Italy. Hasnt even left our premises in this amount of time.

Placed my order on a two day delivery to France as it was urgent. They took my money and everything went through. Woke up in the morning to find a notification saying problem with order contact us. Contacted parcel monkey to be told there was a problem with my address and it needed correcting due to the character limit. I told them I had a long address - they said it was nothing to do with them and it was imposed by the actual carrier. My order hadnt been placed but they could help me enter the correct address (however the address was correct) and it would be collected tomorrow!!!! So I had to cancel Booked it with another courier - No problems with my address on their website 1. Why was my money taken and order confirmed? 2. Why would you restrict the number of characters on an address? 3. Why dont you inform the customer about this on the order page? 4. Shocking that you say nothing you can do about it 5. why cant you fix my order and STILL collect the same day? 6. Why can you take my money straight away but take 3-5 working days to refund me? 7. Im sure Im not the first person this has happened to so why havent you done anything about it?

Said theyd pick up Tuesday - they did. Said theyd deliver (to Jersey) Thursday - they did. Excellent service and the cheapest.

I went online after finding out the extortionate price the post office wanted to charge me. This website has the cheapest rate around and the process was very smooth. It explained clearly what to do for each step and Id definitely use it again. A couple of reservations: the courier didnt give an estimate of what time it would pick up so I was stuck at home for the best part of the day, and it didnt have an option for a weekend pick up so if Id not been on mat leave I could not have used it. Overall, fantastic value for money.

Parcel Monkey trusted DX Freight to ship my fully insured expensive parcel within the UK, DX amazingly lost it and it never made it to the recipient who claimed his money back through PayPal. Parcel Monkey were not interested in finding the parcel and shifted this responsibility to DX Freight. They also were not interested in compensating me for the lost item as any losses must be reported within 7 days. If an item does not turn up you wait a few days before contacting the sender, then spend 2 days calling Parcel Monkey and DX freight to try to locate the parcel before finally being told (after 7 days) you are best trying to just claim your money. This quickly takes you past your unreasonable 7 days to claim. Extremely poor service from both parties.

I had a lot of problems with the collection of my box. It takes 3 days for that. I was waiting during 2 days from 9 to 5 and, although I was at home, nobody came when they said. The third day, after talking with the company through thousand emails, the driver collected it.

Used the comparison site and picked the service I wanted, I picked Parcel force, not the cheapest but, for me, a trusted brand, Ive had issues with other carriers before, the driver collected my parcel 90minutes later, so easy, and far far cheaper than going to Parcelforce direct.

First time I used the service and I am rather impressed with the efficiency. No problem at all in any part of the process. The day after arranging the shipment on internet, a courier (DPD) came to my house (early on that morning they gave me a one hours slot, so I wasnt stuck at home all day) to collect the parcel.
The parcel arrived to destination quickly. I was able to track my parcel on Parcelmonkey website.
I will definitely use the service (international delivery) again. Thanks Parcelmonkey

A service like this was sorely needed and its executed so well here. The site is amazingly simple to use and the most important part is that you YOU WILL SAVE MONEY SHIPPING PARCELS. So thank you Parcel Monkey!

This service was very convenient to use. The cost however was not significantly cheaper to use when you factored in insurance for expensive parcels. Also tracking of parcels sent internationally was poor. I had to contact customer services to get delivery info. Average service.

DO NOT use parcel force! Absolutely NO communication to me or the person they were picking up from. I didnt have any confirmation that my package had been picked up. No idea of the day it was coming so I missed the parcel. Its now stuck in the depot as I arranged a Saturday morning delivery. Waited in, NO SHOW! Rang them this morning to be told I should have paid a charge of £12 for Saturday delivery. This wasnt explained when I rang the depot. I will have to arrange a van to pick up as I will not give them ONE MORE PENNY of my hard earned cash!!!!! DREADFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was very easy to set up and print off and the documents for the parcel. Quick collection next day. Downside was didnt have a time frame for pick-up. Which was difficult while working. Email notifications were very useful too. All in all I would defiantly use them again.
