this was the first time of using parcel monkey - the carrier was DPD and having my parcel taken by brand i trust was reassuring. I was sending the parcel to france so anticipated it arriving probably sometime in July! The parcel arrived literally 2 days later and i had tracking info on it too. The price was by far much cheaper than royal mail so i was really surprised and delighted by this service - ill definately use parcel monkey again.

parcel monkey gave me several prices ,I chose parcel force who delivered my parcel to USA in 4 days so quick. My only little grip is when they came to collect parcel only rang bell once so if you dont hear or are not quick their off!

Booked through parcel monkey for a large heavy fragile item. Found it very easy and user freindly to book and to follow proses with multiple choices to suit our needs. After booking email and text updates were sent through the whole proces and arrived over 300 miles at me within 24 hrs

Easy to use website, convenient drop off point and great price - £10 cheaper than quoted elsewhere! This was the first time Ive used Parcelmonkey and I was very impressed with all aspects of the service, including fast parcel delivery. I will recommend and use again.

I was not sure of the best way to send a parcel to Spain. The obvious choices - Royal Mail/Parcelforce were pricey.
Parcelmonkey gave me several choices so I chose one by price and also a familiar named courier DPD.
I was pleased to sign on today to check the progress of my parcel and find that it had been delivered safely to Spain within 3 days. Will be using this service again.

Ive been trying during several days to pay for the two boxes I sent, to have them back as after 2 weeks you guys tell me you cant send them and after 4 trials with different payment methods it still not working. I have to say this is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and im extremely impressed. I wish I had known about them before, I wont be going anywhere else in future. Excellent service and great value collection and delivery service, so much cheaper than the Post Office.

Good at the start - pick up in UK was great, very smooth. On the delivery in France, the delivery driver from DPD was shocking. The delivery address is a remote country location and he didnt like that he would have to make an effort to find the place. He said he was too busy to be looking for the house and if he couldnt find it, hed just drop it at the post office. When I didnt answer one of his phone calls, he said that he couldnt be waiting around while I was in the loo! Shocking attitude. The box got delivered on time, but was really stressful on the France side.

Although Parcel Monkey only played the middle man in my transaction it was perfect. I booked my parcel -paid - printed the lable- attached it to my parcel I had a problem with the format of they lable but all worked out in the end - and dropped it at the post office for parcelforce to collect. I asked for a quote on the parcel on drop off just to give me an estimate and it would have cost me £69 to send it directly from the post office I only paid £31 on Parcel monkey. The parcel arrived save at its international location undamaged and on time so im extremely impressed would recommend parcel monkey.

Firsr time I bought a parcel i was sending it from uk to andorra and took over 3 weeks to get the delivey. I had even t move an collect it from the deposit in Spain. Nobody gave me any information or a phone call and they didnt even know where was the parcel. I in was in holidays for 1 month and waiting for 3 weeks was too long. I have all the rudimentary tracking emails they sent to me. A week ago I booked again a luggage to send to Canary Islands, I had to takeaplane the day of collection and left the parcel at home. The same day of collection they emailed me to vancel my parcel as they said they dont dk an y deliveriez to the canaries. Sorry it says so at the website. I emailed them to please fknd a solution and this was the email back: Claims Team Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to offer you a refund of £23.86 for the shipment PM3723626. You have 14 days to accept this payment. No further answer. I had to change my flight as I was leaving UK definitely and nobodycould look after my important staff. Thank you for ruining my life twice
