Booked collection of a standard 3kg package and after payment, received collection notification for next day. Waited at home the WHOLE day and...nothing, no-one, nada, zilch. A total let down and a total waste of my day. Companies like this that treat customers so poorly cannot succeed in the long-term. I for one, will never use them again. I took parcel to the Post Office the next day and one hour after returning, a parcel monkey with a van rang my doorbell 24hrs later than promised. Spent 30 mins chasing my money back. What a joke.

Not the first time Ive used Parcelmonkey as the cost and speed of service is just about unbeatable. Just had a heavy antique roll top desk delivered over 200 miles for a 3rd of the cost of other courier services. Courteous and helpful drivers (DX). Whats not to like?

The process, necessarily a little complicated for overseas despatch, was clear. The collection was as scheduled and so was the delivery (always subject to customs delay of course). The price for that speed of delivery was good.

This company was recommended to me but as I had not heard of them before I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried as they are a very professional company. I booked the collection online and received information by email immediately. I was given information on how to prepare my parcel and they emailed me a returns label to print off and attach. I was then given a selection of dates for my parcel to be collected. On the day of the collection I received an email informing me that the the driver was on his way. He arrived as agreed and was very efficient and helpful. I was kept informed at every stage and I was very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to use this company again.

We were informed of your collection time on the Friday you were 2 hours late . Didnt deliver the parcel until the Tuesday Late afternoon . Wrote fragile on the parcel as there was a cake in there with this way up totally smashed on arrival

I loved the fact that use take large items . Always arrived in same condition which gave me confidence for other large items to go through your company . In turn was able to put your company forward to others . Ive been embarrassed with customers when parcels arrived broken late or not at all . Use are Seriously worth the money .

My parcel was collected almost immediately after booking however after it entered Switzerland with parcel force all went downhill! Parcel was left at the Post Office and my daughter was charged 28chf handling fee to enable her to collect it. That was more than I paid for delivery! It would have been better to ask for a redelivery or to have left the parcel with a neighbour. Tracking also disappeared after it arrived at the Swiss hub!

Booked for collection Friday, no one came or called, I logged on to re-book, seems a common theme, as the default was if you booked parcel plop they will automatically try again the next working day, Monday came, did the driver have paperwork? No, a receipt for collection? No. pants tbh.

I have not used Parcel Monkey before and needed a courier to take a parcel that was too big for My Hermes. Google found Parcel Monkey and the price was very reasonable. The parcel was collected from my home and delivered really quickly. I would recommend them to anybody!
