Had excellent service,from start of order to collection.
only criticism was that there was no indication of what time collection was due.other than that no problem.

a well packed parcel arrived with contents smashed - a cast iron stand PM did not go do any more than look at some photos and then refused claim even though I paid for the extra insurance. The goods and packing never inspected - box had a big gash in it - maybe a forklift? disgraceful attitude - hide behind emails - cannot speak to anyone - considering making a county court claim

My 48 hour parcel force delivery is currently 4 days late and counting. Parcel force are no help whatsoever. Not happy as it was a gift for my sons birthday which was yesterday.

I have sent a parcel but not deliverd no card to tell my customer were it is I have just used a courier and found these OK but this is the same as another courier who were rubbish

Despite clear instructions parcel was delivered to wrong address and to gain access to wrong address deliverer must have scaled high gate to have left parcel where it was found.(neighbour not happy).

I wasnt in but next door told the driver looked for somewhere to leave the parcel and when they couldnt see anywhere safe knocked on her door to accept the parcel. Note was put in my door and I picked up the parcel later. Perfect

I have never used parcel monkey before or will I use them again. I placed a next day delivery order on a Friday with the view to receive the parcel the following week. It has been over a week and the parcel has not been delivered, I called DX who said to me the parcel hasnt been dispatched or processed by Parcel Monkey. I paid £94.00 for this service to get some items including birthday presents. I have had to buy some presents now locally as the courier has failed to deliver. Parcel monkey have the cheek to send a review email - however nothing has been delivered. Never use this company use parcels to go. At least you can phone somebody too.

Booked for Tuesday 5th of May for collection, received an email from parcel monkey saying collection would be made. Waited all day missed several meetings only to call them at 5 oclock asking why my parcel hadnt been collected to be told it had not been booked and would be collected next day. Parcel Monkey said it was nothing to do with them as they are just a price comparison site. Terrible service, impossible to speak to anyone in person. No communication, terrible. Ill never use these *****s again.

According to tracking the parcel was delivered about 3 hours later than the specified "express" 48 hours. otherwise all went well.

Terrible service. Booked item for friday collection and Saturday delivery - for which I paid extra. The parcel was not collected from the sender from Tuesday and delivered Wednesday! The sender waited in for the courier to collect the item and had no notice that there would be no collection. Terrible service - I will not recommend them nor use this companies service again

Im sure Parcel Monkey are great as long as the parcel they arrange to transit arrives at the destination. When it does not, heaven help you. What happens when the parcel goes missing, even when fully trackable, is the company that you chose through Parcel Monkey (in my case Yodel) will push you back to Parcel Monkey for resolution of your complaint. Meanwhile Parcel Monkey will blame the courier and will expend every effort to blame others, while leaving you high and dry. No refund even for the cost you paid for the courier (let alone the lost goods) for proven lack of delivery. They truly are a shocking bunch who dont even have a customer care telephone number, which in itself is revealing. Search around on the net and you will find plenty of other stories about how they treat their customers if something goes wrong. I will never ever use them again and would strongly advise others to avoid them unless the items you wish to send are entirely disposable and the money you are paying is also something you are happy to lose in the case of a problem.

If you pay peanuts you get monkeys, so this company is aptly named. The parcel I was being sent was due to arrive on an overnight delivery, Wednesday 6 May. It wasnt even collected until then and although it was out for delivery yesterday, the driver ran out of time and failed to deliver it. Allegedly its out for delivery today but Parcelmonkey couldnt guarantee I would get it today either. Their operative apologised on the couriers behalf and there was nothing they could do, which is rubbish because the contract taken out was with THEM not the courier. The courier themselves (DX) are uncontactable and did not reply to the email I sent yesterday and their automated telephone system cuts you off when you select to be put on hold.

Positive: the website is VERY easy to use. Negative: After I confirmed my booking I was given a 10 hour window in which the courier could collect my parcel, 8am to 6pm. No further information, no texts or emails. It was only after I made an enquiry on Twitter at 4pm I was called and told the driver probably wouldnt be there until after 6pm. Unless the collection window can be improved, I wont use this service again.

I shipped an item to Ireland. It was collected promptly within the 1 hour slot given by text and delivered safely within a couple of days as specified.
