My packages were picked up on the day they were due to and there were no issues that arose. I know this issue does not apply to Parcel Monkey but my boxes did arrive in pretty poor state even though I bought tough boxes and packaged them well. However, no items were missing and everything arrived perfectly!

Fantastic way to send any parcels. Delivery is quick and easy. Really convenient to pay upfront before you drop parcel/s for collection. Was way quicker to send to USA than through royal mail ,it took 5 days via parcelmonkey but took over 2 weeks via Royal mail and it was more expensive as well. Recommend to anyone thinking of using

Next day delivery took 3 working days. Tracking showed the parcel to be ‘in transit’ Slow to chase up. No chance of being compensated for failing to offer the service that was paid for. Won’t be using again.

Other alternatives available DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY 60 pound over charge for a parcel that apparently is over the declare weight and would have cost 0.30 pence if was the correct weight. No proof of the parcel being over the declared weight or how much. Other alternatives available DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Easy website to use but does not indicate that 3 copies of the customs form need to be inserted in the clear folder / envelope on the shipment.
Shipment was superb and the price was more than acceptable.

They are ok if it’s simple but parcel force returned something as they couldn’t check the contents with me they said they would offer a refund but to parcel monkey as they were the customer. Parcel monkey have refused a refund to me even though they can get one. I have also had several instances of drivers not picking up parcels and it’s an effort to complain and rebook

Charged me extra (£76) stating I provided incorrect measurements and weight without providing any evidence to this effect. No contact number for them, to enable me to query above and a vague contact form with no acknowledgement or receipt that I submitted a contact form.

At collection, the EVRI delivery driver asked for the printed label which was not delivered with the parcel as there was no option to do this in the booking process. The driver left without the parcel which meant additional expense incurred with Royal Mail. As part of the booking process with Royal Mail, I was given the option to request the driver to take the printed label. The parcel was successfully collected by Royal Mail on Friday 22nd September I would like to claim a refund from Parcel Monkey. What is the process?

Everything went smoothly …
You gave a timescale of collecting between 8am and 6pm which was a bit annoying as had to stay in all day but other than that all ok.

I filled out all forms, but for some reason it got held up and i had to pay a customs charge, it would have been easier to know that in the begining so it would not be held up

Avoid this company at all costs, they will scam you out of money and refuse to take responsibility or contact you once they’ve scammed you. I paid for £122 for a “global priority drop off” which guaranteed my parcel would be shipped from UK to Lanzarote in 5 days. I had it delivered to a hotel I was staying in for a week. I made sure to send the parcel 5 days before I arrived which would allow for a few days delay. Unfortunately, the delay was 3 weeks. Customs had an issue with the address label provided by Parcel Monkey that I had filled out correctly. After sending them a screenshot of the hotel address that was completely identical to the address I’d written on the form, suddenly the parcel was released from customs. When the pared reached the hotel it was returned to my address because the recipient was not there. Parcel Monkey has now wormed their way out of a refund with the following: “ Unfortunately, since your parcel was returned due to the recipient is not listed at the address you provided. We will issue 25% refund for the shipping cost as a goodwill gesture.“ Would you like to know why the recipient wasn’t there? It’s because PARCEL MONKEY took 3 weeks to deliver a parcel that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days, and because I was on holiday for one week I was obviously no longer at the hotel. So the recipient was not there due to YOUR errors. I can’t fathom why you think you’ll be getting away with using your own terrible service as a reason not to refund me. The parcel was a small pink car for my little niece who only has a few months to live and would be the last birthday present I would be able to give her. The distress and upset you’ve caused me is unmeasurable. I will not stop contacting you until I’ve received the money I need to get the gift to her with another company. I hope you look forward to hearing from me every single day.

I’m still waiting to get some sort of realistic reply from Royal Mail, regarding not collecting the parcel and then to deliver to me, they do recognise the tracking number either.
