So easy to use and fair price.

Having accurately measured and weighed the item I was given a price of £80.00 to ship it. Transaction was completed and parcel sent. Weeks later they charged me £4.20 extra as the parcel dimensions were not as I had stated. I complained but never heard anything back. Sounds like a scam to me just to get additional cash. Avoid.

I have just been charged an extra £124.60 to a parcel.. on top of the money I had originally paid. When you make payment you have to agree to money automatically being taken from your account if there is an error in weighing. I often send the same weight in the post and it is always under 20kg. Parcel Monkey have said my declared weight was 51 kg (not true and actual weight 25kg (this in itself makes no sense as the parcel would have been lighter). Please be careful as you have no control of the money leaving your account.

I’ve used this company’s service a few times to send gifts to America. I choose to use the drop off at the Post Office as it’s just round the corner. The parcels have always been delivered before the date given and have always been in perfect condition on arrival. The web site is so easy to use. I’ll continue using this service.

absolutely useless, after 1 week the parcel had not moved from the shop I took it too. Went and retrieved the parcel now I need a refund

courier arbitrarily adds surcharge to parcel wihout providing any proofs. parcel quoted at around £22 end s up with £80 of sucharge. PArcel monkey is happy to just charge your card without asking any questions of the courier!

not worth using, even being express delivery using FedEx it took 8 days to get it delivered, it was said 2 to 3 working day. it was with FedEx driver for 3 days who was carrying it along with him.

I paid £25 to send a parcel to Denmark on 1/9/23, and it was never delivered. The reason: "Unclaimed." No communication to the recipient & no correspondence to me as the sender. I had to keep messaging them to try and get it sorted - but all to no avail. I only got my parcel redelivered back to me today. To say this company is USELESS is an understatement. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY! Not only could they not deliver my parcel, now they refuse to refund me my money. Pathetic.

Parcel Monkey were fantastic. Item sent to Greece by UPS.
UPS Handling in Greece were a total nightmare clearing the item. They kept insisting on documents that did not exist. Parcel Monkey were very helpful liaising with UPS to resolve the problem.

Am totally disappointed with this service,how can a parcel that weighed 6kg even less than that, suddenly I got email that the parcel weighs 9.50kg.That is totally wrong,is either that the weighing scale is faulty or someone must have forged something.

The graphics are a little old fashioned & its slightly laborious entering the info. But the process worked with the courier (FedEx).
The consignee has advised about some damage, but not sure if they are complaining about the condition when I sent it, or that problem was caused by the courier - the consignment is too small (valuewise) to worry about where the problem has arisen, so Ive written off the consignment for the buyer

All my parcels were shipped using Parcel Monkey but now prices are not competitive against other online companies. You dont accept Paypal now and other shippers offer electronic customs documents.
