After 16 days our parcel hadn’t arrived. The intended recipient will be leaving the destination in two days and so it is likely that she will never receive her parcel.

Thieves!! Be vary wary this company help themselves to money from your account claiming "additional charges". over £100 taken from my account for a 2kg package... They initially qoute you a reasonable price then later claim the package is larger than it is...

I’m not happy about the system to send parcel and not get parcel in specific time 10 days how was written in description. Today it’s 11. 8 and my document wasn’t delivered. And it’s not confirmed when will be. ☹️ and chat it’s not responding. I’m really disappointed.

Parcel was not delivered, despite recipient waiting in for 2 days Fedex claimed the recipient refused the parcel, we believe parcel was stolen by delivery driver, terrible, will never use again.

My parcel was picked up by Parcel Monkey on 1st August. Evidence available. The Recipient did not receive it. The tracking link shows Parcel Force have tried to collect it but the sender was not available. I contacted Parcel Force and they said it was collected by Parcel Monkey currier and I have to contact them. Unfortunately there is no access, no customer service and no any means of contact.

The cost was good. We chose Fed Ex, but found that there were no local shops that would take the parcel and had to go to main depot by John Lennon Airport. The parcel was delivered on time. And overall pleased with the service. And would use again.

Used parcel monkey for the first time and I will definitely use them again and again. Great pick up service and parcel delivered next day as promised. Unlike EVRI they actually turn up to collect parcel and deliver on time. Thumps up!

I had a note saying I was not in when the delivery agent came, he must have knocked very quietly or only once as I was in all day having taken a day off from my NHS work to wait for the collection, despite givingy phone number I didnt receive a call either. When the driver came the next day he was extremely efficient but was going so quickly that I could see why hes not hung around the day before. He is probably paid on relationship to speed more than anything. When you ring customer service it is actually a parcel force delivery but because Id booked through parcel monkey the parcel force helpline would not initially help me out, then they did on my second call. Was expensive

I was very disapointed with the level of service receieved by this company. if I could give sero stars I would. I arranged for my order to be collected on Tuesday 1st August and I paid for a 48 hour service. this was not collected on this day and no communication from Parcel Monkey, ended up calling Parcelforce myself and tried to get the collection re-arranged. After getting in touch with ParcelMonkey they arranged for my order to be collected on 3rd August and bearing in mind I had paid £50 for a 48 hour service this was not delivered until Wednesday 9th. I contacted parcel monkey asking for least a refund on the fact that I had paid for a 48 hour service which was not delivered. and the terms highlighed to me were as follows: 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. Please be very wary when booking corriers using this company as its very expensive for very poor service!! they were unwilling to discuss this until the item has been delieved and they knew that these terms would apply Do not use!!

A convenient portal for those wanting to send one off parcels and compare rates between several operators.
Unfortunately the drop off information and reception service at Fedex was poor.
Would use Parcel Monkey again.
