Excellent service. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Both the South African parcel & the USA parcel arrived within 6 days with very little hassle

This service is amazing. They do a price search based on your criteria and list 5 companies from low to high with estimated delivery times. I chose UPS and it was delivered from a convenient UK drop off point to Colorado in 4 days. Will definitely use this service again - 10 out 10.

Its excellent. Once you put in the dimensions of your parcel, you are confronted with a selection of major couriers to choose from. Very simple to use, very efficient service.

The only thing that let the down was lack communication with the person receiving the package…was not informed that it was delivered to the pickup point.
I had to contact parcel force to see where about it was … only then was the recipient informed it was ready to be collected.

I have always used Parcel Monkey and the service has been great however, this time my parcel has gone AWOL and they have done nothing but fob me off. They have handed my parcel to Royal mail? Was booked with Parcel Force 48 express. They wont give me a working tracking number they can not locate my parcel?? This was for an Ebay customer ( who is pretty cheesed off with me and giving me a headache) the parcel is large and kaboom its totally disappeared. Zero help and actually refusing to find a resolution or even admit the parcel has gone missing. Very upset by the complete lack of customer service They have washed their hands and moved on. Thanks Parcel Monkey I wont be using you again.

So far they have taken almost three weeks not to deliver a parcel, this means I have missed the returns window, so have spent money on a courier service, when I may as well have thrown the package in the bin and cut my losses.

The fastest service so far. Only quibble was there werent many instructions on what to do with the customs forms. Previous carriers have said to put a copy in the parcel and 2 copies on it. Would definitely use Parcel Monkey again

i have posted my parcel to my son on 071223 with the promise it would be delivered between 3 to 5 days...perfect for xmas and a birthday...oh no on 141223 i am advised there is a problem with it, only after i have contacted yourselves to see what the delay was. Absolute disgraceful

Item not delivered and Parcel Monkey is escaping from responsability. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Worst is when u st asked me for my ID. That is disgusting. Dont tell u will not share to 3rd party my persenal inf, because there is no way to believe u. U have my order number and get your job done for what I paid for. We use brand new boxes here and now multiple time this company have smashed them up then charged £70 for it. This has now happened multiple times and the evidence is exnored. They are a con dont not use and avoid

Used it twice this month 1. Sending some of my own stuff back to my home country UK to Luxembourg… was stuck in customs for a week just to be returned (still waiting on it btw, paid lots too!) 2. Send a parcel from N. Ireland to England, was returned too! do not recommend and wont use it again!!
