Two parcels collected for Parcelforce24 service and Both took 3/4 days to arrive! Not Good.

Having used parcel monkey many times & always been happy this time round was a very different story! I booked 4 next day deliveries with UKmail. All were collected ok last Thursday, 23rd Nov, but none delivered the next day, Friday 24th. Despite emailing chacing them I am still waiting for a reply 6 days later! One parcel was delivered on Saturday 25th, the other 3 were delivered late in the day on Monday 27th. One parcel was paperwork for my accountant that had to be there on the Friday so turning up 4 days late was unacceptable & with no compensation on the horizon! I will use parcel monkey again but will absolutely NOT use UKmail. They are part of Courier so expect better!

Disgraceful company. Booked for a collection with Parcelforce. Waited in all day. As they have no phone number (because they cannot afford phones probably), I chatted with Erika online at 17.00 who said it will be collected by 18.00 (Screenshot to show this). 18.00 and still not collected. Back onto the online chat and Kate said sorry, nothing they can do, it can be collected tomorrow. When I said Ive been waiting all day, she said I can drop it off at a depot / collection point! (Bearing in mind, it took a minimum of 4 minutes for her to reply back to each message so she must not be able to spell or type correctly(. Now if I wanted to do that, I would have used my intelligence at the point of ordering to do it. She then refused to answer any questions as to why Parcelforce did not collect my order tell me to log a ticket. Please, others avoid this dreadful company and join me in wishing this company and its terrible people to go out of business!!! PS, I have screenshots of all of the conversations.

Courier arrived at the appointed time. Was courteous and managed to carry the heavy box 11kg without complaint. ( I asked my husband to carry it for him)

We have sent quite a few large parcels to our son in Denmark. Parcel monkey is Easy and convenient to use. Only negative is that the delivery always takes much longer than it’s supposed to. The website will say 2-3 days and it actually takes 5-6.

Worst service Ive ever used in my life. Dont use it, the fact its cheap is not enough for the amount of stress and the actual economic damage caused by their incompetence, unprofessionalism and rudeness. I booked a collection for Tuesday, as I absolutely needed my parcel to be delivered by end of week, and the courier didnt show up without even letting me know. My boyfriend changed his work plans to be home the WHOLE DAY waiting for this disgraceful service, and he ended up losing money for nothing. In the evening, I contacted the customer service via chat and explained them the economic damage caused by them, and the fact that I needed my parcel to be delivered by end of week and they said they could book me in for a collection on the day after, which was the Wednesday. I told them that I absolutely needed it to be collected before 10 am, because I couldnt risk to have someone stay home once again for nothing. To this, they left the chat, and went presumably home, I never received a reply, not even a notice that they were leaving and, on top of that, they didnt even book my collection as they said they would. After waiting for the whole evening to receive a reply, I contacted them via email to explain again my ordeal, and also to formally complain about the rudeness of their customer service. I received a reply the day after, saying they had booked my collection for the Thursday, which was another day later, TWO DAYS AFTER my booked collection date. All this without mentioning anything else and without apologising about the rudeness of their customer service. Since at this point I had not trust at all in this unprofessional company, I cancelled the collection and had to book it with another company, which costed twice as much, but booked me a collection on the very same day and guaranteed my delivery within a certain date. Stay away from this service, which is not a service at all, because, when you need support, they will not give it to you, and you cant even contact the courier directly to solve the situation, so you have absolutely no way of solving your issues!!! Absolutely useless.

Nightmare. Parcelforce claimed to have attempted delivery, but no card was left with details. Their customer service helpline took ages and kept passing me to different people before I would usually get cut off. Five days after the arranged date no other attempts have been made at redeliver despite me spending hours on their helpline, website and email asking for this and being told each day redelivery would happen. Each day I waited in for the van and no one showed. Given up now, doubt I will get a refund. Waste of time, would never use again. Nick

Ordering is great - website is easy to use but if you have a problem customer services via email and site is a pain as they will not ring any couriers only email them. Slows everything down.

I arranged to have a 30kg parcel collected from Bangkok and delivered to myself in the UK, all went well, only thing that could have been better was the need for commercial invoices i could not skip this part as my supplier would prepare these in BKK, but would use again.
