Dpd who are the company transporting my parcel to Spain are a waste of space. App a waste of time. Sent a week past Friday, and now the following Friday, and still not got it. Supposed to be here 3/4 working days. Tel wednesday, told coming Thursday. Told Thursday coming Friday, but tracking says not even on van at 1pm. Cant get thru on phone, says there too busy. Automated messages getting on my nerves. Same **** over and over again. Another wasted day waiting in,probably for it not to arrive.

NO CUSTOMER CARE - Very easy to place an order on the website and arrange a delivery but BEWARE if there are any problems. The item I sent was seriously damaged in transit and when reported to Parcel Monkey they instantly started quoting terms and conditions at me and offered no assistance at all. They are clearly working on the model that if they take enough orders then enough people will be happy and they neednt care about those who are let down by the service. Very dangerous way to treat you customers though ParcelMonkey as recent feedback shows you are damaging your reputation and I will certainly advise people and business associates to stay clear of your company.

Absolutely no assistance or support while faced with blatant corruption from the local handling agent. Site wasnt updated with accurate shipping information. Great if nothing goes wrong.

I tried to use Parcel Monkey to send a package from Paris to the UK. The contracted courier was Aramex. Courier never showed up for the pickup and there was no explanation given about why. In fact there was no proactive communication at all. I cancelled. If a company cant pick up a parcel without making a pigs ear of it, why trust them to deliver it correctly? Parcel Monkeys chat service was civil.

I wanted to send 19 kg from UK to Germany. Art the selection I paid for 19kg shipment. No confirmation of the order with weight was given. I received a label to ship 10 kg. I complained. The response was that I should have ordered for 19Kg. I checked again and the price was still the same for 19 kg. Did not receive any money back nor an appology. This is plain fraud and cheating customers. I Definitely would not use this company again.

I do a business account with parcel monkey. I sent a fragile good but I put 2 fragile stickers on the parcel. However, the good was be damage.

I am very dissapointed by the service recieved i was let down 4 days in a row by the pick up and was not informed that the drivers were not turning up on each day after i sat and waited in all day ... i had to make at least 4 calls per day only to be told at that point that the parcel was rejected by the driver .....will not be using this service again.... appauling...

this is one seriously terrible company. I ordered a pickup in August they simply did not show. I thought Id try them again now in November for a pick-up and again they did not show. I contact their customer services and all they say is they have no way of tracking the courier. You cant even rate these guys as they take your money and simply dont provide a service its very black and white. Theres no update as to status of package, nothing. Its completely unacceptable and they should be put out of business ASAP

Avoid Parcel Monkey like the plague, unless of course you dont actually want your parcel to be delivered! 90+ days now, and my parcel still hasnt been delivered or returned, but according to Parcel Monkey its not lost....although they cant tell me where it is! Customer service is shocking and pretty much non-existent.....must have sent them in the region of 30 emails, and they all get the same automated response someone from the relevant department will get back to you shortly....funnily enough they never do. PM are absolutely usless, bordering on the fraudulent. They charge you extra as they say your parcel is bigger / heavier than you have stated, take the money, and then still dont even delivery it! Looks like my next step will have to be legal action to get them to either delivery the parcel, return it to me or refund me. I have never come across such a useless, uncaring company, who treat their customers with utter contempt.

Used Parcel Monkey a number of times, sending from U.K. to Portugal.
No bad experiences and surprised how quick delivery is made, door to door. The Tracking System can be a bit frustrating getting the correct numbers for your package, but the service has been excellent.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice so far, for a parcel to Bulgaria (surface mail) and to South Korea (air mail). In both cases - the parcel was delivered undamaged, on time, and the cost was very competitive.
I will definitely use them again.

Terrible company please avoid!, I paid for my parcel to be collected From someone in London the next day and they didn’t even show up... spent an hour on the website online chat (what a joke that is they reply every 8 ish minutes and Different staff keep replying and you have to explain all again) They appoligised and re booked for the next day and surprise surprise they didn’t show up again leaving the poor person to wait in a whole day again.. Spent another hour wasted on the online chat talking to 5 different people, where again they appoligised and wanted to re book the next day, I demanded my money back and will never touch this dreadful company again.. Be warned they don’t even have a helpline phone number!

Half the price of the Post Office, faster than them also. I had such a great experience on both occasions that I have used this service, I find it some much easier all around. Even the pick up service was fast and easy, will definitely be using this service again, will be letting all my friends know too
