My package was sent on dec 1st from Phoenix,AZ to Romania and now, 21 days later I still havent got it. Very disappointed. If my parcel doesnt make it to me by Christmas Ill ask for a refund.

Dreadful service my parcel was collected on the 7th December and still has not been delivered 14 days later!contacted parcelmonkey several times only being fobbed off they say they are waiting to hear from the courier this is not acceptable,no sign of a refund either sorry I didn’t use the regular postal service

Nothing wrong with the uk end but diabolical in Malaga parcel not delivered lies told by the delivery driver waited in all day said he called but nobody in we never left the flat checked online again it said the package would be delivered the following day waited in again nothing so went online again it then said it was at a plckup shop went there only to be told it had been there a few days and been picked up to be returned to the depot so went to the depot to collect it only to be told it was somewhere else so went there to collect it and was successful not a good experience

Absolutely rubbish. Did not collect when supposed to and then offered to collect when I was not available. Finally got refund after much discussion. Will not use again.

Well I sent 2 parcels to New Zealand and one off them has gone missing so disappointed as this cost me £98.00 in total. To tell you the truth it has just ruined my xmas and will consider very strongly whether to use company again. Was recommended but I definitely wont recommend to anyone after my experience.

The post office quoted me £60 to send my parcel. Parcel monkey quoted me £30. It arrived at its destination in the US in three days. The service was wonderful. My only complaint is not knowing when the parcel would be collected, which meant I had to wait in all day.

I had some issues with being sent the label. I didnt receive it initially, I sent an email to request it, this email was not responded to. I then contacted the company via instant messenger, which wasnt very instant, took it almost an hour and 3 different staff members to sort out sending me the label. I sent the parcel as Im moving house so it was unnecessary stress. However parcel arrived in good time and good condition.

First time use of this service. Parcel sent to Gibraltar.
Found using the site to set up a delivery and downloading all forms very easy no fuss.
Small issue using the tracking number which I contacted live chat and it was sorted without fuss. Given link to courier and followed to door/del.
Would use again.

Great that you can drop a parcel at post office and don’t have to wait for carrier to come around and collect it. However I drop parcel on Thursday afternoon and should be delivered in next 3 days. Today its week since I drop parcel and he’s still not been delivered. Even if we take 3 working days than parcel should be delivered on Tuesday so there is already 2 day delays.

Tracking section is not updated. I dont know where my parcel is. It has been collected last dec 15 and have no news on where it is and when it will be delivered. I contacted the customer service via the live chat and they gave me a tracking of a parcel with a completely different number claiming that it would be delivered tomorrow. I don t know if I have to trust them this unaccaptable!! Lets wait tomorrow then.

For months in business been using Royalmail combined with parcelforce but I had already register in parcel monkey but have not tried until this busy season Christmas. Amazed with the service used parcelforce24 and my parcel moved quickly than usual considering its very busy period.
Many thanks to parcel monkey.
Its a lot cheaper as well and convenient as someone had pickup my boxes so no hassle to que in the post office or used two different forwarders.
