Posted a review about lack of tracking info for a parcel booked through Parcel Monkey with Parcel Force. When booked said 3 - 4 days delivery it is now 11 days. Very poor reply from James at Parcel Monkey with no helpful information

Cheap fast service. My parcel arrived at its destination in France in less than 48 hours. Just be careful to check the address label when you print it out as an important line of the address in France I was sending my parcel to was missing. Also, check that the post office you want your parcel collecting from actually is a Parcel Force collection point. Would definitely use again though.

worst experience EVER. Be aware, when things go wrong with these guys, things go really wrong. They took 3 weeks to let me know my parcel was held at some hub in Southampton and I had to pay for its return. When I complaint about all the delay to let me know that and why wasnt it being returned to where I left it, they said it was going to be returned free of charge, every time I asked for expected delivery date they would delay me on purpose just to make me give up and pay, otherwise it would be disposed off. Dont waste time on the webchat it worth boll*cks, once youre done with them make your complaint to: retailadr.org.uk and citizensadvice.org.uk

My package did not arrive when expected and now I have to find another alternative because I have left the country. Not that happy with the service. I would have also liked if I had emails to confirm the package locations.

Finally got my refund after pestering the living daylights out of this organisation. What a complete nightmare to deal with. To all the Great British public who read this thread below, avoid these timewasters like the plague. Every one of you Parcel Monkey have lied through your back teeth, company policy to create smokescreens? Good riddance to you.

To be honest I am very happy with the service provided. My only gripe is thatI couldn’t get a pick up time and waited in all day. That is not Parcel Monkeys fault at all, it’s just a Larcel Force thing. So on balance, happy with my experience and would recommend.

Was quoted £48 for a parcel at the post office.
They suggested Parcel Monkey and I found a delivery for £12, tracked and delivered within 24hrs.
So thanks Parcel Monkey for saving me a lot of ££££!!!

This was an amazing service, but I am getting more and more annoyed with it recently. I send a parcel to a friend, which ONLY contained 1 DVD. I weighed it and it wasnt even 1 kg. After delivery, I got a notice saying it weighed 2 kg! And that they have just taken the money off my card. How is that possible? O and DPP also didnt bother to collect the parcel on the day they were supposed to, and only can 2 days later... PMs service is going down.

Incredibly poor, to nonexistent service. Completely hands off and do not communicate with the services they provide. They will tell you to contact couriers directly, who will then not do anything because it is associated with Parcel Monkey. Avoid at all costs. There are cheaper and more reliable services available elsewhere.

My parcel should be delivered on 19 January. courier was trying to deliver next day..no phone call, no card and I was most of day at home. Today is 22 January 2018 3pm still no delivery no phone call no option to contact Singapore delivery. Still waiting !!!
