The only thing that could be improved is the printing of the label on completing the booking.
I spent some time trying to locate the label print option as it didnt offer me that option on the completion of payment

Dont waste your money on these people they offer a service they cant deliver on . sent a parcel Monday morning on dpd 2 day service 6 days later , parcel still has not arrived and I am unable to track parcel so I dont have a clue where it is . I have been emailing them for two days and all they say is were waiting for courier to contact us I last sent an email at 8 am and got a reply at 11.40am . so two little girls wont be opening presents on 25th . thanks parcel monkey

The parcel collection went smooth and on time, same as the delivery. A few items were damaged, but it was partially my fault because those were on the prohibited list and I should have wrapped them better. Overall a quick, affordable and reliable service.

Parcel got picked up, but over 2 hours later than scheduled. No phone call or update to say this was the case though. I had to call up the company who were picking up package in order to find out what was going on. I should have been notified that pickup time was going to be delayed.

My step daughters xmas presents where collected Monday 18th December -as of today saturaday 23rd December they’ve still NOT been delivered to her. I’ve have been trying to chase up daily what’s going on and have had no communication from parcelmonkey. Their “instant chat” option is appalling. No one replies to you even though it says support is live. All I got was bog standard responses “we apologise for the delay we’ll look into it” yet no one did. I’ve received a messsge from the courier today saying “good news your package will be delivered Wednesday 27th December” how is that good news to the poor 7 year old girl who thinks her daddy forgot to send her presents?? And why did we pay for a next day delivery service that’s taken over a week to get there??? Royal Mail managed to get the Xmas parcel from her grandparents there in time so I can’t see why a professional courier company couldn’t. Will never use parcekmonkey again and would advise everyone else not to either.

By quite some distance the worst customer service I have encountered. Firstly DPD did not collect on the day. ParcelMonkey inform me that they cant fix it, It is best to cancel and re-book for the next day. DPD do arrive to collect this time. They then keep it for 5 days before deciding they arent going to deliver it after all. ParcelMonkey have no idea why and cannot/cannot be bothered to fix it. DPD return it to ParcelMonkey who refuse to answer simple question of when it will be returned to me so that I can arrange someone to be in. It is now 17 days since DPD were supposed to have collected from me originally. If only it had been a Christmas present for the brother I dont like. Will be going to the Post Office if they ever get it back to me.

My parcel got to Portugal within 4 working days just before Christmas! Decided to use the service after being repeatedly disapointed with royal mail. It took 2 to 3 weeks for my Christmas presents to arrive... Very happy with the service will defenatly use it again!

Excellent service, we took ours to the post office rather than waiting in. Competitively priced and trackable. Arrived on time even in Christmas week. Used to send parcel to Channel Islands too, equally great. Would certainly use again and recommend. Simple easy to use good valueservice.

Courier did not collect on specified date and no notification received to this effect from Parcel Monkey. Support Centre dim-witted and lack of telephone interaction dissapointing. Have used previously to transport goods from Canada to the UK far easier than I experienced transporting goods within two UK locations this time.

It was a really pleasant experience - ParcelMonkey told me what I needed for my shipping from the very beginning (i.e. a printer to print the labels) and the shipping was quite fast considering the period (international shipping during Christmas time!).
I would use it again!

Would never use Parcel Monkey again. A portion of the postcode was missed off the address that was passed on to the courier so my parcel sat in a depot for several days and PM never got in touch with me. I had to do all the chasing myself, when I spoke to Parcelforce they told me they had contacted PM to obtain the rest of the address but PM never got in touch with me (or checked their own records) to follow this up. I send parcels to this address several times a year, always without problem in the past, until this time when I tried PArcelmonkey.

I was anxious about sending my parcel with someone other than the Royal Mail but there was no need to worry. Goods got to Australia quicker than ever and all in great condition. Tracking option is a bonus too.

Two parcels collected by DPD from South Manchester at 4.10pm on Friday 15/12/2017, delivered lunchtime on Tuesday 19/12/2017.
One parcel posted Central Manchester at 3.30pm on Thursday 14/12/2017 via Royal Mail, delivered 21/12/2017.
All parcels sent to the same address in RURAL France.
Avoid Royal Mail if you can.
Cannot praise Parcel Monkey and their delivery agents highly enough, thank you.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I forgot my password and have been waiting days to have them send me a password update link. Meanwhile, I went on chat line to either try to get my password changed or to at least track my package - which seems to be stuck in Illinois (at least 4 days now). They couldnt help with either and are having the "relevant department" check things out. All of that only took 45 minute of me looking at my computer screen. Meanwhile, I have no idea if my package will ever get to Europe.
