Parcel Monkey delivered them within 48 hrs at a very impressive price of £11.
Im now much more inclined to buy larger items on-line. Brilliant.

Delivery was late and had to pay double the amount for the customs even though it was a Christmas gift for family and items were clearly diclaired . Not happy with the service !

Awful service - package still not delivered and gone beyond advertised 3-5 days. Was essential time-critical ... worse still they don’t even know who they’re overseas delivery partners and so can’t help track urgent parcel. Truly a joke outfit - avoid like the plague!!

Waited in from 8-6 for a large parcel to be collected and it wasn’t. When I contacted the company to complain I was told that ‘sometimes delivery drivers run out of time to collect a parcel or forget’ and was offered re-collection for the next Day. When I asked if they could guarantee me if would be collected the next day I was told that I was ‘assured by not guaranteed’ that the parcel would be collected. In my experience this is a completely unacceptable level of service from a courier company. Next time I will order directly through parcelforce who would only have been a few pounds more expensive and I assume show more responsibility toward their customers.

for all those who would ever entrust their items to this company I can only tell you that they do their job in a non-honest way as there is the possibility that you rob your assets and more will completely ignore you not having a customer service. Any other company will certainly perform the service better.

Please dont use. Company do nothing to resolve my case. I sent parcells via Parcel Monkey using DPD. DPD have lost 2 out of 3 parcels. DPD is willing to help me out finding missing parcels but Parcel Monkey has to request this first (as I am their client not DPDs ). I have been told several times that they did chase up my case- turns out- no one from Parcel Monkey contacted DPD. Parcel Monkey cant produce the case number. DPD has said that if they did contact them they would get a case number. Highly unprofessional company, no responsibility, employing kids minded people( including management ). They take money and if your parcel get to the destination then- great, huge problem if collecting/delivering company loose it. Dont count on the Parcel Monkey, you are on your own. Please avoid

The Parcel Monkey collectors machine couldnt recognise the recipients address in Ireland, which created some doubt in our mind that the important package would actually get there. As it happens, the package arrived on time, so all was good

Received a wrong parcel at the beginning of November and it is now mid January and despite contacting you twice a week nothing has been done no one has collected this very heavy item which we can not lift and is now still in the middle of a 96 year olds studio flat and so far no one has made any efforts as far as i can see to find our parcel or offer compensation.
