The parcel arrived in quite good condition, just a bit damaged in the corner of the box. I have founded not easy to track the parcel, but in general it was good service.

Having stayed in all day, literally ALL day, due to the impossible 8am - 6pm deliver window, the parcel has not been collected. I am very very disappointed, will have to let my customer know, and I paid for next day delivery. On top of all this, I am A WHOLE DAY OUT OF POCKET FINANCIALLY. The result - the following: "We do not offer compensation" and then finally, a one word "apologies". They then proceeded to just get short and sarcastic as I pressed then for a response to my complaints above. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had good and bad experiences with them but stopped using them when they lost one of my parcels 5 months ago. Paid extra to insure it and yet they claim “there’s nothing they can do” because parcel force that they booked it with can’t update them. They can’t return the item and also not going to refund the item. Now they claim the case has been going on too long and closed it. Absolute joke.

First thing I did weight my parcel it was under 10 kg but still I have to pay extra charges for 2 kg which in unacceptable .becos i weight. During booking I have been told it will deliver 24 Jan but it still not deliver .how can we believe it was over weight parcel . Making pepole full ..will never use this service again

Only problem we had was that we specifically asked for parcel NOT to be delivered during school run times, recepients had to go all the way to town to collect it because delivery was attempted during the times we asked for it not to be delivered.

Have switched from UKMail back to Parcel Monkey. What a difference. Good to know they are not all the same. Parcel Monkey will be doing all our parcels and the service and reliability is second to none.

Very good right from booking online, printing labels and the price. Excellent tracking information and delivered a day earlier than they predicted ...this was from the UK out to Austria. Very good and will definitely use again.

DO NOT USE!! Lost my parcel in transit, it seems no one could find it for a week. When it was finally located delivery was severely delayed, even the courier company they use admitted this was down to Parcel Monkeys ineptitude. When the parcel turned up it was delivered not to a resident but just left outside the property and exposed to the elements, which in this instance was a torrential downpour. Parcel was soaked through, a majority of the items were damaged, electrical goods soaked through and no longer work. I took out insurance as I had high value items and wanted to ensure they were covered - despite the above, they would not even entertain the notion of a claim. Throughout the process they were difficult to contact, did not respond to messages - you have to contact them via their terrible messaging portal. Honestly I was absolutely devastated, my parcel was Christmas presents for my family which were all pretty much ruined. DO NOT USE!!

Service was fine but could have informed me that liquids cant be sent to HK rather than having to wait a month be informed parcel not allowed through customs then pay further £17 to get my undelivered parcel returned from parcel monkey over £40 down for nothing

This company has lost a £700 hoist and is refusing to help find it. We paid the extra £71 insurance and they still will not help. Avoid at all costs. This company cannot be trusted. The hoist belonged to a charity who have now lost this money. Parcel Monkey refuses to give a contact phone number and only want to deal with us through their email system. They gave us a reference number to track the parcel, but this is not a valid reference number. We could not track the parcel in any way. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunatelly company DPD in Czech republic is very bad costumer service. Package with documents was destroyed on the corner so anybody could see what is inside. Company DPD informed us that delivery will be noticed 60minutes before delivery. Nothing happend. Delivery man call us 2 mins before delivery. Imposible communication. Very rude behaviour from delivery man. He doesnt accept any rules from DPd. Disappointed!!!

I had chosen for air express on the 17th of January 2018. 2-4 days to deliver. On the tracking it shows 24th of January 2018 estimated delivery. Today is the 24th of January and I still havent received my letters. Poor service

Sorry to hear about the delay in the delivery of this service, the transit times are provided to us by the couriers themselves such as DPD and they are an estimated time of delivery

Theres no way to find out even an estimated pick up time on the pick up day (it came at the very end of the day, outside the pick up window), but, once the item was picked up, delivery was quick.
