Been 4 month waiting since september 2017 for my parcel to reach its destination from uk to India. It’s now January 2018, lost! They don’t seem to know where my parcel is and no contact was made with the recipient . I won’t be using them again. During Xmas holiday I was abroad when they finally offered me 7 days to make a claim .i lost the claim by not replying immediately. Very unfair.

They are a price comparison site who take your money on behalf of the companies they recommend. When a delivery booked through them failed to happen Parcel Monkey support pointed out they only arrange delivery, they aren’t responsible for them! Yes, they can be cheaper than going to those companies direct, BUT, you’re in trouble when something goes wrong. The company you booked with don’t want to know because you booked with Parcel Monkey and the support/customer service at Parcel Monkey is very, very poor. You cannot phone them, you have to use their messsge service which they either will or will not reply to, or you can send them a letter. They also don’t provide accurate information when you do manage to ‘speak’ to them through the message service. Trying to get a refund for a failed shipment is time consuming and frustrating and for me it’s looking like I may not get my money back. I’m still waiting after ten days even though they keep telling me it will be reimbursed within the next 24 hours. When Parcel Monkey works it’s good, but be prepared to lose your money if it goes wrong. It might be worth just paying a bit more to go direct to the company. PS. Don’t risk UKMail, it’s like playing Russian Roulette with your parcel!

Paid for a first class service and simply got forgotten. Client waited in all day long for a collection that never happened. Had to rearrange collection, and as it is now the weekend it will not be the first class service i paid for will it.??..Terrible..

So the price comparison aspect works fine, and when everything goes to plan its a great value service. However, my last order was due for collection on Monday, then rescheduled everyday of the week thereafter and was not collected by the courier until Friday. As I was unable to communicate with the courier directly, I turned to Parcel Monkey for help. Alas NONE of the many operatives that I interacted with were interested in actually finding-out what went wrong and how to avoid it happening in future. In future I will go to the courier directly and would advise other would be customers to do the same.

Reasonable speed of delivery, but tracking was very dodgy - started off saying to expect delivery on Wednesday then changed to Thursday. Delivery actually happened on Wednesday!
Detailed tracking never worked.

I couldn’t believe I had chosen the correct weight/parcel size for the price offered. Took to post office with my fingers crossed last thing on Friday and it was received in Germany on Wednesday morning. Would definitely use again. Thank you ParcelMonkey!

Great service and Price.
Not enough space when filling in the address fields.
I sent the same size and weight parcel to Italy using UPS and the cost was nearly £200.00 more expensive .
Will use Parcel Monkey again and again.

Good prices, but totally outweighed by awful customer service. I tried to track down a parcel that was 3 days late. Their first response was simply a copy of the information I could see myself from the online tracking info - I asked them to speak to the courier for me to get more info but this was ignored. On my second contact, rather than actually do anything to help me, they just sent me a reply that basically said "98% of our parcels arrive on time. Were sorry yours hasnt", that was it, nothing else, no attempt to actually help me, contact the courier and locate my parcel, no information on what to do next if it was lost. Absolutely useless. Luckily the parcel showed up, but glad I didnt have to go through a claims process with this level of service!

All was very good actually the parcel was collected from PC world and turned up at the recipient on time.
The only problem I has was when booking the paper work on the website the collection address (PC world) had to be the same as mine...which onv it is nt. Either glithc on website or me being dull.

Courier book for collection on 18th December. The courier didnt turn up. Rebooked for the next day. Again, no courier. I gave up and made the 40 mile round trip to the depot. The tracking shows the parcel is still at the delivery depot. Ive contacted the customer service department numerous times but they tell they are waiting for information from the courier or ask for details of the boxes (which I have given three times now). There seems to be no way to escalate this. It has been 6 weeks now and Im sick of waiting.
