I have shipped 12 boxes of 30kgs each, unbeatable price on the market with an average of 1£ per kg. Customer service fast and very efficient the provided an immediate answer to any of my query. Everything arrived within 1 week. Definitely recommended!

given totally the wrong advice from operative re cancelling my order. my package was then picked up even though PMonkey said it was cancelled and they would wait for new advice re collection from Post office. The parcel will be delivered to a house in which there is no one there as they are in UK at a funeral. Hopefully with the help of Parcelforce, not Parcel Monkey who kept sending stupid emails with nonsense instructions, we will manage to get the parcel held at the depot until the family returns from the funeral. I had problems with PMonkey before and should not have used them again....and they were not the cheapest so I did not use them on cost basis. will go with someone more reliable in future.

I sent a parcel to my Son in the Czech Republic on Monday October 28th via P.M. and Parcelforce and it has been "stuck" at the Parcel Hub for 6 days awaiting export .I phoned Parcelforce on Friday they promised to get back to me by 5:00pm Didnt happen . Phoned again today (Exactly a week after posting) and am awaiting of news about my "time sensative Parcel with Books for Birthdays enclosed . So you can see why you only get one star for your initial service.I realise that the responsibility lies with PARCELFORCE Regards David Taylor

Parcelforce delivered in 2 days.

Used Parcel Force international to France, which morphed into GLS, who didn’t call at my residence but put a Cardin my mailbox. It stated the parcel had been delivered to a pick up point in our small town but on enquiring it’s not there and no-one knows where it is. GLS don’t have a tracking system and I wouldn’t have used them but the decision wasn’t mine to make. I have no idea where my parcel is or who to contact!

Customer service is really bad only can chat on line no telephone calls. My parcel should have been picked up on Friday put after endless chats I took it to carriers myself on the Wednesday all they kept saying was apologies we will collect it tomorrow. Dont use parcel monkey if you wont your parcel to arrive on time

The website is easy to use. However, the parcel wasn’t dropped off with us but was left in the rain. One of our neighbours found the box which was drenched. Luckily, nothing was damaged but I am very disappointed and not satisfied at all with the delivery.

Needed a coffee machine collected and delivered to me.
The seller didn’t have a printer and wouldn’t write my address on and using these there was no need for the seller to have the hassle of doing it.
They literally collected it and delivered to me the next day or two. Honestly effortless service and really reliable, will defo be using again.

One of the parcels was collected a day late, and all were delivered late. If I had not been in contact with parcelforce in Bristol direct I would have waited days for my parcels, Parcelforce have no collect time notices, no delivery time notices and noone to contact. Terrible service.

Used Parcel Monkey as recommended by Amazon as I had to return a damaged large item. Parcel Force came and collected the package. They were efficient and polite. Good communication throughout. Bit pricey but Amazon paid.
