I have used this service several times now without a hitch. Not always the cheapest but the extra insurance cost are by far the cheapest which tensd to make the overall cost the best value

parcel monkey was good and a fast service for me it also was a lot cheaper than any other parcel company by a long way I paid just short of 15pounds where as dpd 26 post office 85 and others was a lot dearer so great parcel monkey I will be using you again john Huddersfield well worth 5 stars

I sent a c5 large letter box weighing less than 300g. However, they later took £17 extra without notice claiming that the parcel was re weighed and found to be 4.2kg!! Its not only physically impossible for a large letter box to hold 1kg but taking money out of my card without notifying me is totally insane. Still waiting for someone to get back to my email!

My item was damaged during transit despite being well packaged. I insured the item for its exact value, however parcelmonkey refused to refund the postage cost as the item was ‘successfully delivered’. An item that is damaged during transit is not successfully delivered. I’m now down £15 in postage costs. Why should I be out of pocket for the courier damaging the item?

Parcel monkey is getting better and better. I totally appreciate you guys! Low charges and not so fast delivery, but hey I am after saving my money so i can wait couple weeks longer than standard delievery, 4 weeks is fair enough, so thank you again guys I have been using you since last year, and i am greatful and will be using you forever.

Easy and affordable way to post packages.
It was super easy to put all the details of the package into the site and get a good choice of couriers.
Pick up was as requested and although the tracker said the package would arrive later than Id asked for, it did arrive on time.
Will use again, far more efficient and cost effective than the post office.

I have recently used parcel monkey to send quite large parcel and the quotes I received on their website were very competitive in comparison with other comparison sites, not to mention about quotes directly from the suppliers.

I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times. Sending items within the UK, to France, the USA and South Africa.
I have always found the best prices and my parcels arrive quickly without any trouble. Highly recommended.

It was cheapest quote. So I bought Percelforce 24 service through Parcel monkey. It took three days from Aberdeen to London. Therefore, I gave four stars rating. I had used Parcelmonkey before and happy to use their service again.

Booked a collection via Parcel Monkey with Courier and it was never collected. Contacted Parcel Monkey via their "web chat" as they have no telephone number only to get a message back saying " I would not be able to give you the reason why collection could not be done. Therefore, for you to be getting your money back, I will have to cancel the order". Then a second message to say it will take 5 days to refund me!! Also on their website Parcel Monkey claim to have 5 stars on TrustPilot, what liars!!! Cowboys and thieves!
