Arrived far quicker than promised. Insurance costs were reasonable. The parcel hadnt been damaged. First class service. Ill use them again.

I have used Parcel Monkey easily over 20 times, paying for a 24hr service on all occasions, yet items are not delivered to my customers until 2-3 days later. I complained about this but told a 24hr service is not guaranteed though Parcel Monkey offer and charge for this service. They do not reimburse the money spent on paying for an unreceived service and struggle to apologise. I am currently looking into another service provider, one that is reliable, professional and responsible.

I completely understood the terms and conditions and that my parcel containing artwork would in no way be covered for any losses or damages. Because of this I made sure to pack the artwork extremely securely with at least 4 layers of bubble wrap, corner protectors, foam peanuts, etc. However, the artwork still arrived damaged. I am completely baffled and can only think that this has happened due to extreme mishandling of the parcel. I would think twice before using this company!

Website fine. Went with second cheapest as it was Parcel Force and thought easier to take to local PO. Unfortunately one package just exceeded 13 kg so they would not take it and had to return to main office 4 days later - so some hassle

I messaged parcel monkey about a parcel with the incorrect address info, so they said they would pass it on to parcelforce, but the addressee refused it again, so I ended up ringing pf myself to sort it out.

Parcel monkey were great. Such an easy website to use. You just put in the weight and dimensions of your parcel and they give you the options to get it picked up or you can drop it off at a depot, they give you a range of prices and couriers and you pick the one you want. Couldnt be simpler. And you can track your parcel overseas with ease so you can tell your loved ones in another country when to expect it so they can be in.
The only negative and its not parcel monkeys fault (though they might want to mention this to DPD) is that the courier is never very happy about signing the collection receipt even though parcel monkey advise you to do so for insurance purposes. Other than that, great service.

And after reporting them to Police Scotland for theft of customers money and Trading Standards who have dealt with them, finally my money is refunded. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS THEIVING LOT - VILE CRETONS OF SOCIETY. You will lose your money with a bunch of thieves who hide behind computer screens. Can you actually believe this lot???? LOOK AT THEIR HIDEOUS REVIEWS!!!

1) Book next day delivery 2) Driver doesnt collect when stated...or at all 3) Spend hours requesting driver collects 4) Chat with 4 different people eventually requesting the intervention of a Manager to simply have a parcel collected. 5) Receive message to say collection cancelled 6) Head explodes Summary, do not expect a shred of help if anything goes wrong as you will be dealing with the good old faceless, incompetent, unhelpful, time consuming message system and live chat which will result in nothing but frustration. Que the standard blah blah blah response from the Monkey Customer Services.

Shocking service. I paid £99.34 for a next day delivery of a large roll of carpet. Collection was on the evening ofThurs 14th March and was due to delivered on the 15th. It did not arrive. There is no number to call Parcel Monkey so I called DX the actual courier - after several calls (which cost around £10) I was frustrating told they acknowledged arrival in their depot but they no longer knew where it was and it was missing in their system. I was advised to open a claim with PM (although all I wanted was the carpet that I had arranged to be fitted and subsequently had to cancel). Without any communication from DX or PM it was finally delivered on 26th March - 12 days late. Infuriating. I have now been offer £22 as a refund by PM. Disgusting.

So, you pay £89 for a collection/delivery service. You carefully prepare the heavy parcel on a pallet. You wait in all Thursday. The carrier does not show. On Thursday evening Parcel Monkey then tell you that the earliest the parcel can be collected is Monday. This means the parcel has to be dismantled and taken inside and another day of waiting for a carrier who might - or might not arrive. Will there be compensation for the failure to deliver the contracted service and the considerable inconvenience caused? Of course not. Have a look at our terms and condition they say. If I fail to be there with the parcel ready on the agreed collection day will they say Never mind - well come another day. No. I will miss the collection and lose my money. If they mess up, well customer, thats tough. Its heads they win and tails customer loses.
