The items Im sending are 17kg and worth £170, so Parcel Monkey are excellent value, as the Parcelforce price is good and the insurance cost is significantly less than others are charging. As I only use Parcelforce I am unable to comment on the other courier prices but I suspect they are good too.
Certainly much better value than Parcel Hero, who slip in an extra charge for non business addresses.
So well worth the 5 stars.

I have tried several parcel companies over the past few years since my daughter moved to Madrid.
They have all let me down in one way or another - parcel lost, parcel opened etc

I had a difficult time with parcel monkey. Unless your details are accurate you are lost. No one helps you and coz they deal with 3rd party it gets really difficult. It has cost me 3 times the amount and ive yet to get my goods back . Wish you could just speak to someone !!!

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time and chose Parcel Force 24 (only 90p more than 48hr service). Price was about the half the price compared to the Parcel Force website, plus the parcel was collected.
Collected at 10:15am and delivered 10:30 the following day. Very efficient with driver observing social distancing. Would definitely use again

They refuse to answer my questions. The live chat is not live. My parcel was delivered by Parcel Force apparently but the signatory does not work for the company my parcel was delivered to. I have tried to work this out with Parcel Monkey and have asked them to get more information from Parcel Force but they just keep saying it has been delivered and signed for. The delivery confirmation doesnt give any info about delivery address or if the person who took delivery did so on behalf of the correct company but they just ignore my questions and keep saying it was delivered. Such bad customer service and Im out of pocket by the cost of my parcel £115 plus the delivery cost and insurance. Glad parcel Monkey and Parcel Firce got their cost paid this is how they can afford to ignore and treat their customers with so little respect
