Lack of customer service. They are treating paying customers like moron. No apology, no compensation despite rubbish service. There are plenty of other companies or go directly to the courier company. Dont waste your time and energy on them.

DO NOT USE. Disgraceful service. Very difficult to get straight answers when package is not on time. Then to decide not to actually deliver my parcel, CHARGE ME AGAIN to send it to original sender address AND NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL FAILED JOB MONEY. THIEVES. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. DISGRACEFUL.

Really disappointing page. I was looking for a courier to ship a small fridge (around 32 kg) and they have website especially designed for that: "How to transport a fridge via courier" - if you type it in google it will open you that page as I cant type link here. Ive typed weight and got quote which Ive pased to customer. Fridge was worth 25 quid so 31.67 on top is acceptable. When I got paid by customer Ive tried to book using same link and after clicking Book now I put same weight and dimensions and price went up to 210 POUNDS. What the hell? If its too big you should NOT give quote in first place without asking for weight AND dimensions. People on Live chat are totally useless and just give you automated answers to use different service.They always advise to "that to see the available service and price, you will need to enter all the details needed, especially the weight and dimension and the postcode for collection/delivery as the price will be based on the details." but on page with quote they only ask for WEIGHT and collect from/deliver to and as page says FRIDGE its obviously bigger than a shoe box or bedside cabinet. Very bad practice and false advertising.

The service itself was ok, no good but what was shocking is that a few day later they charged my card with no authorisation an extra payment. According to them my parcel was 9 kilos, and no 0.5 kilo. I still trying to contact them, as they have no phone number, for them to explain to me how 2 surgical masks and a get well soon letter from my daughter can weight 9Kg (more than 15 pounds). After that, I found out tons of bad reviews.avoid this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Due to coronavirus our business (which usually doesn’t do sales) had to start selling stock to help pay rent and we were using parcel monkey to send the packages out. I have measured the boxes and they seemed to fit within the dimensions. We have sent over 200 parcels since March. How shocked were we when we have discovered that parcel monkey decided to charge us £52.60 for each box (!) sent via them because the depth dimension was a few cm out even though all other dimensions were well within the dimensions specified. There is no phone to reach them and the live chat assistant simply explained to us that basically there is nothing they can do and it is what it is. That is simply unacceptable - after we have already spent so much money with parcel monkey to be treated this way and we will now loose pretty much all the money we made as £65 postage is ludicrous. This is not reasonable at all and moreover if there was a problem in March we should have been notified as soon as possible not end of May so we had the time to cut our losses and stop using parcel monkey. We will be filing a formal complaint with the ombudsman.

The UK end of my delivery was fine but there were problems at the Italian end with the partner delivery company. However, it did arrive eventually.

Parcel Monkeys site is easy to use & straight forward. On the odd occasion when I have had a problem with a courier it has been sorted out quickly. Very good communication. Happy to keep using them.

Hit by additional charge a week later because they worked out that a 15kg package in volumetric weight was 39kg. Why even ask me for the weight if you’re just going to presume something that is big is heavy.....

Tracking shows parcel collected. Concierge verified this. Tracking shows lost in the depot. No compensation. "Oh the tracking is wrong, the parcel was never collected" For another parcel they sold insurance. The parcel was totally smashed during the delivery. No compensation. "Oh we dont compensate amplifiers, they are considered delicate. We just sell the insurance so that we get money for nothing". What do you think?

Everything was well organised. Unfortunately the parcel was delayed by a day, but that was due to the courier, not Parcel Monkey.

My experience with parcelmonkey has been mostly great! Although the one time I needed help I didnt get it. My parcel has been opened and items worth more than £100 was missing from inside. Parcelmonkey asked for proof, photos and invoices which have all been given to them and to this day, I havent even got any refund back, not even the cost of the delivery service! They have pretty good deals out there, its a good comparison website.
Pricing was good for my 21kg package, they delivered late though, i was expecting 1 day delivery and i ordered on Friday, they didnt notify me that my package would be late and they dont deliver on Sundays so i had to wait 3 days total.
Either way, package arrived safe and sound.
Would recommend again.

DO NOT USE. Charged me to deliver a parcel to Canaries. THEY Cancelled the delivery, charged me AGAIN to return to sender and still not refunded my original fee for the failed first job. Asked for complaints dept, NOTHING. Ignored now for 5th day. DISGUSTED!!
