Easy to book and attach autofill paperwork but on 2 occasions now products have ended up stuck in customs at the country of delivery for a number of days. Seems to be that Parcelforce deliveries outside of UK are the issue.

I had a boxed parcel delivered to me in London but collected from my solucitor in Devon.
It was easy to buy, easy to track parcel and it arrived on time, all at a reasonable price.
Will definitely use again.

Terrible company, lied saying UPS had told them that my parcel measurements were very wrong and took an additional £250 from my account when the parcel only cost £15 to originally send. I have spoken to UPS on this matter who say they did you charge me any extra so Parcel Monkey have charge me extra for no reason!

My parcel to France with Christmas presents worth £120 was lost. Parcelforce refused to talk to me as the arrangement was with ParcelMonkey. After two months of chasing, I was offered a refund of the shipping fee of £13.

We regularly use parcel monkey, specifically Parcel Force - the rates are cheaper than using the parcel force website!

I paid for a collection service with DPD. After two days the parcel had still not been collected. Ended up asking for a refund. I then went to RM and ordered a collection. Turned out cheaper and better. Collected as planned. Shame because I have had good experiences with PM before. This was awful.

This was my first ever using parcel monkey as the recommendation via amazon as parcel monkey got almost all the delivery services on their website (so one can only assume that if any thing goes wrong parcel monkey supposed to sort the problem out) so thats not the case here as they do not have any customer contact number only email which takes long time for first response, so whats the point using parcel monkey as its simply guide you towards those delivery companies? Any ways booked collection specifically next day and paid next day collection following day delivery charges as well and after 6 day collection still waiting to be collected and cuz of that I miss the return window of my parcel which cost me £454.68. and neither parcel monkey nor DPD replying me shame on both of them extremely unprofessional and worst services for me (as its just my experience with them) but be ware of all those companies who do not provide customer service contact number please as I learned this hard way.

My parcel, which contained jars of marmalade extremely well wrapped in bubble wrap within a firm cardboard box, arrived with over half the contents smashed. The recipient said the lids of the jars looked as if they had been bashed with a hammer.

Pathetic Over a month but they keep on emailing after fee days that they are contacting their sister company but another agent emailed it is with customs. Mixed information but when responded they dont get back to me No update on my 4 parcels. We have missed the event it was being sent for.

The process of sending a parcel to Australia was very simple. The courier (Evri) collected as promised and the recipient is receiving tracking information. However the parcel has not arrived as yet in the timescale expected / quoted.

This was such an easy way to send a parcel. It was picked up from the door by
a very helpful driver. I was able to track its journey right through until delivery. The price was reasonable too. Will definitely use this service again.

Parcel collected by trusted evri courier. Dont know if the parcel was delivered safely as photo taken by delivery courier only shows the parcel and his foot. It stated on the parcel (hopefully) to leave in a safe place, this was not indicated in the photo. You are only getting 3 out of 5 stars because of the courier at this end, otherwise it wouldve been a 1

Often they offer the best prices, but their customer service is poor and they bear little to no responsibility when things go wrong (which they do) which makes it very difficult to rely on them as a business.

So, so bad. Evri lost my £500+ parcel. A wooden box got delivered instead. It was insured. PM insist I have to go through them to resolve. They ignore my messages and dont understand the simple situaiton - I waited days for a response to say... "your parcel was delivered. this is resolved"!!!!! Then I fight for weeks to get a refund... they offer me a refund on the value on the parcel, with the VAT taken off?! I pay VAT so why am i not getting that?! Plus theyre not refunding me the postage - surely I shouldnt pay if it wasnt posted?! And now were back to not getting a response for a few days. AVOID.
