I had been using Parcel Compare who turned out to be useless. Moved to Parcel Monkey and they are, so far, great. When you run a business you just want things to run smoothly, especially when you are delivering to customers. Parcel Monkey deliver on time without drama or excuses.

Great service. My packages were picked up at 9.00 in uk on Tuesday morning and arrived at my house in France at 8.00 on Thursday morning!! Highly recommended.

Its good practice to insure your items. However, claiming on insurance is difficult and causes immense distress with Parcel monkey more so than other booking agents.

I have used monkey Parcel to send packages to a friend in the States many times over the last two years, mainly using Parcel Force. This time I tried Monkey parcels own service as it was cheaper even though it pays out less in insurance. Lo and behold it has vanished and not reached its destination. I will not be using them again.

Have used Parcel Monkey UK a few times and find the information and instructions very simple to follow. They do all the work for you, all you have to do is get your parcel ready to be collected.

PARCEL=CON-MONKEYS Parcel Monkey operates inside a loophole that means its not regulated as a postal service/communications company so there is no ombudsman. If they dont respond to your complaints you can take them to court. Be very careful before using this company. My parcel arrived and all was well, until later the same day I received an email informing me Parcel Monkey were taking a further £123.19 from my account as my parcel was 34kg heavier than I had stated. This was absolute rubbish. They claimed my parcel was 51kg in total. It would have had to have been filled with bricks to be this heavy. I entered into communication with them and were told basically that I had to pay or prove otherwise. Luckily I was able to gather evidence from the various parties that handled my parcel (Parcel Force, Norsk, Courier). I gave them the evidence...and it all went quiet. Despite having clear evidence demonstrating the exact dimensions of the box, and formal evidence from Parcel Force and Courier, they are still unwilling to provide me with an apology...and a return of my money. I am still waiting. Incidentally, when they sent me the first email they had already taken the money. Apparently by authorising an initial payment a company can then take further payments.

An excellent company with a very easy website. I sent a large parcel
to Denmark on a Monday and it arrived by Thursday.
As I have experienced previously a very good service and will continue
to use them in the future.

I got an email from parcel monkey saying my parcel was on the way with a tracking number but the parcel was being delivered by Courier. I waited in for two days, the tracking number didnt work so I contacted to ask where the parcel was and how I could track it. I sent a screen shot of the email they sent to me. They asked me what the parcel looked like! Well how do I know that if I dont have the parcel? They then said the parcel was with Courier so I contacted them, they responded pretty quick and said they had no parcels being delivered to me. Got back to Parcel Monkey who said they would contact Courier. Several hours passed I got nothing from them so contacted again, they said it could take up to 24 hours. Two days later I contact again and it takes them until the following morning to get back to me. This time, they asked me for CCTV footage to prove the parcel had been collected because now theyre saying Courier dont have the parcel. I asked them now for who to direct complaints to and point out AGAIN that I am the recipient of the parcel. Whoever was on the other end then closes down and says they cant talk to me and to contact the sender. I ask again for the name and address of who to send complaints to. This was ignored, they responded with a generic answer about not being able to discuss the parcel with me because Im not the sender. I pointed out that they dont need to discuss a parcel with me to give me the name and address of who or where to direct complaints as they have now wasted several days of my time. Information still refused and parcel monkey are no longer responding to any contact I send. Worst experience I had dealing with a courier.

Driver failed to turn up in the time slot that was given and I called to say they had arrived hours before and could they make the slot they had provided... they wouldn’t call the courier so I had to arrange it all myself directly with them. Would cut out the middle man next time!
