Our parcel was picked up by a friendly driver, at 12.45pm 8th Sept,and delivered intact on Fri 11th Sept to our family in Bakersfield California at 3pm there time what great service really pleased.

I would like to ask for a refund on my last 6 parcels. I spoke to an advisor on the day it was supposed to be delivered and I only bought the service because it was next day delivery and they said it would be reviewed 8f the parcels were not delivered

I paid for 24 hour delivery but it didn’t arrive till the day after. Disappointing! If you can’t guarantee 24 hour delivery then you shouldn’t be charging customers for the privilege

I had never used Parcel Monkey before, but I have to say they did the job perfectly. Sent my daughters mountain bike to France the whole process from start to finish was faultless. All I would say is make sure you measure and weigh correctly.

i found their services very precise and short in frail
we sometimes have problem with Canadian customs; which is out of Parcel Monkey services and management but their colleagues back home here in the UK are very helpful to chase the matters and feedback you and etc.
up to this moment they are using reliable forwarding and shipping companies

Everything went very smoothly, plenty of updates re: where the parcel was up to. Parcel actually arrived earlier than expected which was fine.
The only thing I would say could be improved, would be if there was a time slot for collection rather than a date. (This was with DPD). In this busy time and age, to wait in all day for the collection felt a bit of a wasted day off, but has not put me off using the service again.
