Second time Ive used Parcel Monkey and the service is excellent. Parcel was cost effective to send, it arrived on time, tracking was easy, will definitely continue to use this service.

Supposed to be 2-4 day delivery to USA...parcel collected 31st Oct..its now 5th November and still not delivered ..only judt arrived in USA.

It got to the destination in one piece which was great but the hang up for me was that it said it would get there in 2 days but it took 5. I also had trouble printing the labels in a normal/expected A6 size on A4 paper. In the end they printed out as two full sheets of A4 which then had to be reduced in size through a photocopier. Not sure if that was the formatting of the labels or me though.. :’)

Paid for parcel collection which never came. Called DPD to see why they hadn’t come and was told they don’t collect from my postcode. Parcels went out late as a result. You’d think a site as big as parcel monkey would be able to cope with this sort of organisation.

The parcel has still not been collected 1 week later. Each time a contact Parcel Monkey through chat I get the same response, it feels like a bot. Offering to cancel and refund is the immediate solution, which isnt really a solution. I have since contacted DPD directly who informed me that the information I gave to Parcel Monkey in terms of contact details , more info on the address had not been recorded. Additionally Parcel Monkey hadnt confirmed a new collection ( after the 4th day of no pick-up). Although I understand the courier finding the address was the key problem I have to say Im extremely disappointed in the follow-up from parcel monkey.

Worst delivery experience ever avoid at all costs. Booked a pick up and delivery service 2-3 days estimated... its now over two weeks and my package is still not here. Booked a land transport option as compressed gas is contained in the shipment yet the monkeys put it on a plane anyway. Have contacted multiple times asking how long as was told "soon" when I asked when soon is they said "soon as its delivered" I understand there might be a delay of a day or two due to covid but I dont think over 14 days for a 2-3 day delivery is acceptable. Will not use again and recommend you avoid too.

Was rather sceptical at first to using this service as the destination was Italy. I normally use the post office . I have just tracked the parcel and it has been delivered and ahead of time !

I sent a package via Parcel Monkey nearly 2 weeks ago, tracking showed up 1 week ago saying package has been damaged, then 3 days ago changed to has been lost, contact us (Parcelforce). I contact Parcelforce and they tell me GLS are handling this, fine, I ring GLS they tell me they cannot disclose information on this as it is was sent via Parcel Monkey and it is their package. So I raise the issue with PM (who have no contact number) on Monday 2nd November, it is now Thurs 5th and I have had no responses from PM in the last 2 days, despite me having sent them 5 messages, all with no response. So they are doing nothing to try and sort out where my package is, I cannot contact them in person to resolve this quicker, if they cared to pick up a phone and ring GLS this situation could be resolved a lot quicker, instead im stuck in the middle and they seem to be wiping their hands of it. Ive been a PM customer for a couple of year, I will never use them again, their customer service is some of the worst Ive ever witnessed!

I received my bicycle’s box all broken and my bike was all scratched with few screws missing out. I had the insurance that I’ve paid for. I would like to get a refund for what i lost and all the scratched on it. Thank u

Honestly I would advise against using this service. My experience was a disaster. I sent two COVID tests to be analysed within the 72 hour window to enable my family to have a holiday. I paid extra for the 24 hour service to ensure that they arrived in good time. One test arrived after 48 hours, the second arrived the day AFTER we were due to fly. We had to cancel our holiday as a consequence totalling losses of over £900. When contacting Parcel Monkey they abdicated any responsibility and referred to a clause in the small print that states that the 24 hour service is not in fact late until after 5 working days. You make your own judgment. Mine will be to never use them again.

Very disappointing. Got a 10hr window for collection of my package. Had to wait in for 8 hours until the courier arrived. Website was no use at all in narrowing the window. Tried the webchat but they just repeated that there was a 10 hour window and you just have to wait. Not acceptable in this day and age!! I will not use them again unless I have to (thanks Amazon)!

remember to read the small print, i used PM and whilst my parcel got thru, it was a few days late, it seems pick up is not 7 days a week, if your trying to meet time critical deliveries, dont assume express delivery means express.delivery and pick up from your drop off point. my parcel did get thru thank you PM, but please play fair.
