Twice I have been asked for a review and my package hasnt yet been delivered. I tried to track it and after a week it still said it had just been dropped off to a pick up point. Only after responding to the first request for a review and saying that my package hadnt arrived yet did it show on the tracker that the package was on its way and due to arrive on suggested date Mon Nov 30th. If it arrives on this day it will have taken 16 days from drop off with little communication on its whereabouts. Not impressed.
