Paid for next day delivery. 3 days later ( & multiple messages ) it arrived. They were given a time slot.... It arrived an hour later than time given. 100% Disappointed & would not take a chance of using it again.

Great service at a fair price

A courier firm that doesnt really want any business! I needed to send a small parcel to Bhutan. So, I completed all the information needed, online, received a quote, accepted it and paid. I received a customs pro-forma invoice almost immediately and was told labels would follow. Then I was told that the order had "come up with a service code error" and that the courier couldnt deliver the parcel on the selected service. I would be transferred to the claims department for a refund which could take up to 7 days. Try as I might I could not find out why my parcel could not be delivered on quote from an advertised service. I asked if this applied to all deliveries to Bhutan and was then advised to try mock quotes before paying for a service. To my mind, a quote is a quote and I have never heard of Mock Quotes before. I still dont know why my parcel could not be sent or why Parcel Monkey is advertising quotes it is not prepared to honour. If Parcel Monkeys quotes are as fragile as this, payment should not be taken by them until they are happy that they are going to send the parcel to its destination. A total waste of time.

First time Ive used Parcel Monkey - I had to send a really heavy item weighing in at a 21kg. Lots of courier options to choose from and unbelievable prices compared to booking through the couriers website direct...how does that work then? Anyway, seamless transaction and Parcel Force picked up at the given time and delivered within 48 hours. Whats not to like? Highly recommended.

Insurance prices are much more reasonable than another courier for more expensive items Ebay integration is shocking in comparison though! Really makes it a frustrating experience

Although parcel monkey came up with a great price they let themselves down by not collecting the parcel when they were supposed to.i waited in all day and nobody turned up.i had to contact them to rearrange for following day when tbe man came to collect he couldnt answer why it was missed day before.then when I did tracking it said they tried to collect but parcel not available.but collected eventually abd delivered in good condition.

Parcel was delivered one day later than expected but given the number of deliveries, because of covid and it being the Christmas period, I think we got a fab result. And at a fraction of the cost had I find to the post office. Well done guys.
