Easy to book, website very clear. Easy drop off but... ( and I guess it is not Parcel Monkeys direct fault)... it still hasnt arrived. The service said 3-5 days to Sweden and it was picked up last Tuesday (handed in Monday at 4pm) and has spent 3 days in GERMANY and only arrived in Sweden yesterday ( when the trustpilot request for Parcel Monkey arrived!). It still has to make it from the central hub to the correct town and then be delivered. Appreciate volume of parcels - but 3 days in GERMANY!

Good collection experience. But, the quote received was half the eventual cost and the delivery time was double that quoted. Carrier good, Parcel Monkey not so.

Parcel Monkey make efforts to arrange parcel delivery. They are let down by the services they contract with especially for international deliveries.
The staff obviously have pre-set responses to queries, which is annoying when you already know that something is not right and have checked the tracking. Once they realise that you really need something done they will do it to the best of their ability.
Parcel still not arrived though!!

I had 2 parcels to be collected both on different days now there are after sending each box to the wrong person. Very unhappy there was Christmas presents

Now you are trying to pick up a parcel was supposed to be picked up last week and then you said Friday. Because you were totally unreliable that was cancelled but low and behold Courier have said they are coming to collect it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thankfully the parcel was efficiently delivered by other means that do not involve parcel monkey.You couldt run a 1 ticket raffle!!!! I want my refund by the way. I hope your site is monitored by Trading Standards

The following is an update on my 25 Nov review "Nightmare service" Almost a month after my parcel was collected (10 Nov) I have still not received it. Despite having paid them extra to send it by air. Tracking is not being updated, no delivery date is available and the Courier local customer services in Portugal has suddenly gone from being available 8 :30 to 6:30 pm all business days, to only Weds or Thurs. This service is worse than useless, as is their insurance because as soon as you purchase it they say its invalid. Scam merchants. Avoid these people at all costs.

I have been using Parcel monkey for years. The assigned courier did not show up to another courier when I waited in all day. Parcel monkey failed to offer an apology or explanation and told me I had to wait another 2 days before it is collected. Just lost a loyal customer. Shocking

I didn’t really get a great tracking to see if it actually got to the NZ location. Instead it just told me it got to a depo here in the UK. It was an amazing price to send my parcel, but I would have loved to have greater tracking to have more peace of mind that I know where it was.

This was about as bad as a parcel service can get from DX couriers. Booked a premium service for £50 and it took 4 working days for the collection to be made. I hope it get there. Driver was aggressive and didnt get off the phone for the whole of the collection, despite us being freindly and helpful. He then threw some rubbish out of the van into our yard as he left. Disgusting and terrible service from DX. Parcel Monkey replied within a few hours each time, but are obviously relying on DX. I suggest you drop DX from your services if they perform like tis.

Very bad experience. The parcel did not arrive at the assigned destination paid for.. and arrived badly damaged. Was left at the local post office for days. Had to pay extra charges at the receiving end. Will never use this service again.

Once again great service, great price. Arrived when said undamaged would recommend. Things do go wrong so dont be put off any bad reviews we dont live in a perfect world. Parcel monkey get it right more than wrong.
