I cannot fault parcel monkey but the brokered delivery company are very close to scandalous. Having bikes a two day delivery to an important customer, the package was not picked up as scheduled and in the end I paid twice as much four a six day delivery. I should have known better, I had previously said that I would not use that company again but they were the only one offering a two day delivery to central Europe.

The procedure for shipping to Spain a 2 1/2 kilo package (falls into 3Kg choice) was straightforward with option to increase insurance offered as an add-on to the price to suit the customers requirements with the chosen shipper - in the case DPD. The price was quite reasonable and the package arrived in good time. Always remember to pack your items well, box and tape them up properly to protect them in transit.

Good service. Easy website to use. Dropped off at local post office. Slightly cheaper than using Royal Mail, but not a lot. Used to be a lot cheaper!!

Although the delivery of the parcel from the UK to Germany took a little longer than anticipated, it was still delivered within 5 working days.
The service was excellent value for money compared with using the postal service or a name courier like DHL, and I had full control over packing my parcel securely so the contents were safe in transit.

I have used Parcel Monkey before and it is easy to use. However with Covid the delivery is very slow. Sending to Australia and posted it on the 25th of November. Tracking it tells us it is still in the UK (8th of December). Not Parcel Monkeys fault but still. Hope it will arrive before Christmas

I was a little nervous at sending a parcel to the Middle East with Parcel Monkey, as I hadnt used them before. The courier collected on time and the parcel arrived within a week. Really impressed and would definitely use them again.

Recommended by a friend so first time of use to post Christmas presents as unable to visit due to Covid. Found the process all very easy to us. Parcels picked up on the day I had indicated and delivered the very next day. So very pleased.

This is not the first time this has happened. I went to search for a quote for a 3kg parcel to Singapore and clicked on ParcelMonkey. Their quote was £36.81. However, having been caught out before, I then went to their website and guess what? The quote was now £110.69.

Good service. Ease of online registering, printing of address/barcode/customs declaration, etc. and simple drop-off at local post office branch. Will not hesitate to use this service in the future.

We sent an item with them back in August. The item never arrived. Despite calling them, writing to them and repeatedly emailing them we have had no response other than to offer to refund the cost of the shipment, despite the item being insured. This is astoundingly poor service and leads me to wonder if they have actually stolen the item in question. DO not use this company. And if anyone is reading this then i implore you to address our concerns as I intend to continue to ensure i get my money back for the item you lost.

DHL gave me their pick up date but it took four days later before that happened. I therefore had to stay st home waiting for notification of their approximate arrival time and three days were completely wasted . The plus side was their communication in France which was spot on for my daughter to plan her day. So they redeemed themselves with regard to delivery

Never used a parcel post before. Tried Parcel Monkey to source Parcel Force.
Quotation was instantaneous and I booked the service, printed the tracking label and sent the parcel. Delivery was made within 48hrs. and signature was obtained. The tracking site was excellent and showed all information and name and signature of recipient. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey the next time that I need to send a parcel.
