Parcel monkey works well in looking for the best deal for you!
The DPD was all fine and on time with everything.
However when dpd gave the parcel to the destination company ( Bartolini) it has been not so smooth and they delayed the consignment

My partner used these cowboys to book with dx freight paid over £40 for pick up next day,obviously couldn’t be bothered to actually do what they were paid to do,and all con monkey and dx did was blame each other,didn’t pick the parcel up and blamed ‘mechanical failure’ on the Humber bridge yet when we checked the Humber bridge was open and running smoothly,so obviously a lie,meant to be picking the parcel up today but we will see.I aren’t holding my breath

Beyond a joke. Simply the worst customer service Ive ever come across, and run by complete imbeciles. Boxes arrived absolutely annihalated. Use at your own risk.

Too Long Had to send a parcel over 1m but less than 1.5 suddenly the options normally available dropped off and was left with limited choice and high end pricing Why do you not compare a greater range of options as they are out there

Chose parcel force as the options with drop off at a post office which I did but had a collection driver come to the door the day after to collect the parcel. I also paid for next day delivery but it took four days to be delivered. A really bad service
