The initial procedure for posting to Australia was long and confusing as I had completed the customs form as requested packed the parcel ready to print the postage label when I was asked to complete the customs form again so I had to unpack all the items and re list ! Apart from this everything was ok once the parcel was collected ! Correspondence and tracking was great !
My only complaint is that I arranged for collection ! Took a day off work and the driver never turned up ! On the Re schedule everything went ok

Never used this site before but it was so easy and simple to navigate. The courier arrived to collect the parcel, and communucation on collection was excellent. I will be using parcel monkey again, without a doubt.
The only downfall is you need a printer to print off the labels for postage. Great if you have one but a problem if you dont.

Fantastic service. Sent parcel to Ireland Sunday and it arrived at my daughters on the Wednesday.
I sent a parcel via Royal Mail 5weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I have already recommended your service to a few people.

I have used Parcel Monkey before and had no problems with them .I sent parcels to France and to GB on the Friday and on the following Thursday both parcels arrived. France being the first to arrive and a few hours later the one to GB arrived.
What more can I say, except well done and many thanks. Christmas Presents all arrived safe and well. Thankyou Parcel MOnkey

I paid and downloaded the labels via the internet, and this was straightforward. Then I dropped off my parcel at the Post Office - again, all went smoothly. I dropped off the parcel on a Monday, and received a call from my friend in Spain on Thursday to say that the parcel had safely reached him. Excellent service - many thanks to the Parcel Monkey.

This company performed perfectly. Definitely better than most. PM arranged for parcel to be collected by DPL on time from my home in rural England. Delivery to recipient in small village in France in 4 days. Fantastic. And cost was a third of Royal Mails estimate. Thank you Parcel Monkey

Great service from start to finish, out of my consignment of two parcels that i sent the courier delivered only one I contacted Parcel Monkey letting them know and they sorted the problem with the courier. My missing parcel was delivered the next day
I was kept informed the whole time. I am always sending things to my Grandchildren in Ireland. Parcel Monkey are now my preferred parcel service. I would and have reccomend them to others.
