Good on the whole but just one small issue could have been handled better. I sent two parcels, one to the USA and one to Sweden, both to be collected from my home address. DPD would collect and deliver the US parcel and Parcelforce the Swedish one.
I received a notification that DPD would collect their parcel at a certain date and time but there was no mention of a collection by Parcelforce. I was concerned about this and, although I considered contacting Parcel Monkey again to ask about it, I decided to wait and see what would happen. But I was still concerned.
On the specified day I waited for DPD but did not know what would happen about the other parcel. DPD arrived but could only collect the US parcel. I was then worried that the other one would not be collected.
Happily, Parcelforce turned up soon after and collected the Swedish parcel.
So I need not have worried, but better information would have prevented a day of worry.

Excellent service. Parcel was picked up on arranged day and time in UK. Arrived at destination in Europe very quickly. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

What a fab service! Ive never used Parcel Monkey before but will definitely use it again. I sent a parcel to my sister in Canada on Tuesday and she had it by Saturday. Fab work!

From my 3 parcels send abroad , all 3 was returned back to sender after only 4 days . Parcel Monkey changed me 14 pounds for return label in every case. Other option they gave me was "dispose parcel" . Obviously they have some issue during Covid-19 . I will never use them again ,I losted almost 90 pounds for shipping costs and return labels .!!!

Parcel picked up following social distancing guidelines and it was a contactless delivery too. Took only four days to get to US from UK. Will use again.

The parcel I sent has been missing since 16th October and I just keep getting fobbed off by Parcel Monkey...it was a £500 printer that has gone missing. I took out extra Insurance but even with this in place it seems they are reluctant in processing my claim.

Disgraceful service. Do not use this company for sending items overseas via DPD. Once it has left the uk you lose any hope of tracking where your parcel is and Parcel Customer Service provides little to no hope of getting any problem resolved.

Sent a package to Spain, due to my initial mistake with the address, delivery was unsuccessful. The courier link to track the delivery did not let me update the delivery with the correct address or arrange a pick up like it advised was possible. I then made a support ticket on Parcelmonkey requesting them to arrange the pickup, they responded they would do this. 5 days later I receive an update requesting a correct delivery address for my recipient. (No acknowledgement of my pickup request). Now the item has been returned because I did not update the courier with the correct address within 5 days, even though this was impossible for me given how long it took for Parcelmonkey to request this. I have tried to find a solution and have just received robotic responses with no acknowledgement of my issues. Customer service has been very poor.
