Easy to book and pay for delivery. Excellent pick up especially as this time we were given a window when they driver would be coming. Arrived at destination in allotted time. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to us a parcel delivery company

Tracking of the parcel was very poor and it stopped for several days part way through the journey, which was very concerning. 3 of my messages to Parcel Monkey Parcel regarding this went unanswered. Took 10 days against a quoted 4 to 5 days to be delivered.

Booked a parcel delivery which showed dpd as cheapest. Contacted them to confirm the price and asked if it includes ALL costs, i was assured that it does!! Paid, when arrived at the destination which is 3000 miles away the delivery driver presented a bill to the recipient which showed customs and shipping charges. I contacted parcel monkey and asked for clarification they said yes you need to pay these charges. This was almost the same price it cost me to ship. So i had to send money to the reciever so they could pay for the charges to recieve delivery. All in all cost me double to send whereas it would have been cheaper if i didnt send a parcel full of clothes and just sent money to the person in the first place to buy clothes from there. Besides all that, easy to use and straightforward. Its a “go compare” “money supermarket” for parcels.

Great price for delivery of a 3kg parcel to Hanoi, Vietnam. In fact the best price of all competitors. Delivery was made in 11 days and the parcel was traceable for most of its journey. Very impressed with Parcel Monkey and will definitely use again.

This is the second time I have used parcelmonkey to send my parcel to Italy ( to my husband family) their service is very reliable. I was shocked at how quick my parcel arrived to Italy even though I posted it on Monday and it was supposed to arrive in Italy the next Monday.However, they delivered the item in less than two days. I will continue to use parcelmonkey to deliver my good to Italy.

My parcel was delivered to America 4 days after being collected from my house. Excellent service and so easy to use. I was able to track it. I would definitely use parcel monkey again.

Awful - my parcel was under 1.5kg, going to Canada, via Parcel Force, still hasn’t arrived despite the arrival date I was given being the middle of last week, Also I have been automatically charged another £14.16 because of some laser scanning session claiming the earrings and 3 bars of 100g choc actually weighed 4.3kg, and ignoring the fact that parcel force won’t take parcels over 2kg to Canada what a con, won’t be using them again avoid
