Super! Printed labels, dropped off at the post office and parcels delivered within days to Germany and Ireland. Great service.

The collection and delivery by DPD were well planned and on time, but the driver who made the final delivery although he was given an alternative address if no one in, stated the package was left in the back porch, which constituted dropping it over a high fence into the garden of the address. Not knowing or caring if there was anything breakable inside or what obstacles could be on the other side of the fence. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I have tried making a complaint to DPD but their website doesnt afford you the option to raise such an issue. Parcel monkey - good, DPD - very poor.

I had never used Parcel Monkey before but the company was recommended to me by Amazon as I was concerned about returning a large item. I am very happy with the service apart from, by the time I had completed the on-line form the price originally quoted by the COURIER had virtually doubled! It’s not Parcel Monkeys fault it is the courier, however, my parcel was picked up within the time quoted and I have received my refund from Amazon in very quick time. Thank you Parcel Monkey very happy with your service, will use you every time I have a parcel to send.

Such a great delivery from UK to ROI. Slightly expensive but didn’t mind paying due to the delivery time.

After years of using Royal Mail to send parcels to France and being let down, finding parcel monkey was an amazing. The last Royal Mail parcel took 5 weeks to deliver, Parcel Monkey - 2 days. It’s a no brainer from now on.

The parcel monkey site is easy to use, the cost is very reasonable, drivers polite, have sent several large heavy (20+kg) parcels recently and all of them delivered in the 24 or 48 hour delivery Also one parcel went to Spain, arrived in 4 days Great service, highly recommend.....Thanks

They never tried to deliver the Birthday present I sent to Canada. They opened a ticket and then ignored everything I wrote and returned the present which now sits in Portsmouth. No one could be bothered to get in touch with me. Really poor service
