I was worried about sending a Parcel abroad, but the process was quite straight forward with helpful information. The only thing that let it down slightly was the tracking as it didn’t keep up to date once it was in the country of destination.

I booked a shipment to Las Palmas in Spain. I selected Spain from the dropdown (as Las Palmas is in Spain), unaware that there was another option (Spain - Gran Canaria) further down the list. After 12 days the parcel was returned and the money not refunded. It is a simple design issue - it should say Spain (mainland only), but it didnt, but instead of refunding the fee for their mistake they didnt. I will use another company such as another courier.com which is cheaper and offers a better service.

i WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU 5 STARS BUT i WAS TROUBLED WHEN THE PARCEL WAS COLLECTED BY ROYAL MAIL TO BE TAKEN TO A COMPANY BASED IN SLOUGH, WHEN I WAS EXPECTING IT TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CARRIER I HAD CHOSEN FROM THE WEBSITE. I ASSUME THESE WERE SUB-CONTRACTED ORGANISATONS, BUT IT CONCERNED ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS. BUT IT ARRIVED SAFELY AT ITS DESTINATION.

I needed to send 10 fairly large parcels. Parcel Monkey came up with a very competitive price and their website made it easy to add multiple/identical parcels quickly and accurately. Printing of labels again was simple and best of all the collection arrived as expected. All round a very satisfactory experience.
