Very clear and concise instructions on how to pack a parcel, some very good tips. Excellent service and price to send an International parcel which reached its destination in 24 hours! We were very impressed and will definitely use Parcelmonkey again!

From first enquiry online to delivery of parcels only 4 days. Whats not to like? I use parcel monkey every year for Christmas and have never been disappointed.

Sent 3 parcels to Europe each a week apart- 1st one brilliant, 2nd one still in the U.K. days after it should have arrived, cost £58 terrible, 3rd one picked up last week, paid £88 they gave me a carrier who doesn’t go there!!! Can’t give me an answer, an alternative or the box, due there in 2 days still no resolution. DON’T USE THEM. You can’t speak to a human and I think emails are automated as they don’t address your issue. So stressful, I’m going to DPD direct ????

Shockingly bad service. Parcel still not delivered delivered 2 weeks after pickup .. multiple messages from them saying they are looking in to it . They are unable or unwilling to ring their carrier to sort it out . Useless

The only issue I had with this particular collection and delivery to France was the address boxes on the site were not long enough to fit all into the address into in the right format and therefore the address did not look right albeit all there so I had to hand write additional labels out and attach to the parcel in the hope it would arrive safely.

Easy to arrange online, easy to print off the information. As promised they arrived to the house, checked the box was secured and kept me informed how the parcel was being shipped and where it was daily until it arrived at my friends home..
I would recommend them to anyone who isn’t used to sending item like myself.
