Delivered intact. I parcel left on top of mail box, the other one had to be collected but both were going to same address?

Collection worked well, the following day and on time. 3 day delivery turned out to be 7 days, and although much effort , and tape, was applied to the packaging it was pulled apart and the contents delivered in three parts. Be warned, wooden or steel box needed to survive the way parcels are treated by the carrier.

Terrible , firstly you have not replied to my “ contact us “ , you added second parcel to my order ( to go to another address ) I did not have the option of entering the address Charged me , terrible overcharge , I was so fed up and took the one parcel to PO , on 30 Nov , have tried to track this parcel and it is still sitting somewhere after 8 days !! Not even left UK , ( going to France ) NEVER try and use you again !

Good service. However, it would be helpful to have a collection slot if only morning or afternoon. Also, for overseas parcels, it is confusing to see that it says parcel delivered after 3 days when the parcel is going to Australia. it would be less worrying if it said something like, "being processed at Customs" or "On way to overseas Courier"

Parcels always delivered, sometimes a little the worse for wear but maybe I need to pack better.
Last consignment was for 3 parcels, only one arrived on the promised day, the other two came the next day which was a little annoying as they were labelled 1of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 so I would have thought they would have arrived together as one consignment.
Saying all this I will still use Parcel Monkey because they are very reasonably priced and (usually) parcels delivered on time.
My daughter lives in France and I send out quite a few parcels for my grandchildren but definitely need to pack well in very strong boxes because they do get damaged in the process if not.

Suggested DHL as cheapest for two parcels and got great service from them. Turned up on time and parcels were received the next day even though we chose a 48 hour delivery.

Awful so far. We are now nearly a month into a delivery of a parcel to the US! Parcel Monkey using DPD can’t seem to get it from the local (US) depot to the recipient. DPD won’t give us any numbers to ring in the US (due to poor training on Data Protection) and they won’t give the recipient or me details to pick it up. I am now told that the parcel will be returned to the UK because of a request but nobody can tell us why or by whom. Both sender and recipient want the parcel delivered. All the paperwork is in order. Think of the carbon footprint that is being unnecessarily created. Whatever we write or say to PM or to DPD seems to make no difference. Make up your own mind whether you want to risk using either of them. It’s been a nightmare so far and getting worse. So much for a 3-6 day delivery, I think it was. The representations made about delivery on the website are completely misleading if my experience is anything to go by!!!! All we want is the parcel to get from the local delivery depot to the recipient. When transport and delivery is the core business of both PM and DPD one wonders why this can’t be done!
