Drop off at DPD was an option ... the labels came.. I drove 25 mins to drop parcel off - they are not accepting parcels at their depot because of COVID. NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH MY PARCEL???? It WAS urgent....

This company is shocking. I arranged for a parcel to be collected and delivered for next day delivery. 13 days later the parcel was finally delivered after a number of excuses from parcel monkey blaming the courier. Since my delivery was so late I wanted a full refund, parcel monkey offered 25% refund which is an insult. They also stated that in their terms and conditions there is no guarantee with the service that they offer, so what’s the point! Currently waiting for a response to the rejected offer of 25%! Will never use this company again!!

Please avoid Parcel Monkey at all costs. Their customer support is the worst Ive ever dealt with. It took over 4 weeks of investigating a lost parcel, with no updates on the state of the parcel, for only myself to ring the 3rd party courier service they had used and confirm that it was lost. Once they admitted the parcel was lost, they refused to pay out on the insurance I had paid for due the claim being made x amount of days after the expected delivery date. However they failed to provide a delivery date on any email or quote, and they also instructed me there would be a possible delays with the delivery due to COVID. Please avoid, the Parcel Monkey team are horrendously unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Easy to use website, helped me find the perfect delivery & collection options, times & costs. However, it wasnt clear that the courier I chose (Parcelforce) would provide a label upon collection and so I made a special trip out to print my label, unnecessarily. It would have been a perfect experience if either Parcel Monkey or Parcelforce communicated this on the website or in the emails.

Nightmare service - avoid. My shipment has now been held by their appointed courier for 15 days as they passed it to a shipping company that doesnt have a road route to my destination. They keep asking me for permission to switch it to By Air delivery at extra cost - but are refusing to tell me what that cost will be, and I am unwilling to allow them to bill me with unspecified amounts of money. I keep asking and asking via chat and email but they just keep telling me they will chase the courier for an answer but nothing happens. I have now given up keep going around and around this ridiculous circle and am now taking legal action to recover my goods or costs thereof.
