AVOID!! 4 DAYS LATER I AM STILL CARTING MY PARCEL INTO THE OFFICE HOPING IT WILL BE COLLECTED, NOW STRUGGLING TO GET A REFUND. PATHETIC!

Parcel Monkey promises the earth such as 2 working days delivery, blah, blah, blah in Europe BUT they might as well say 12 days delivery + and just be honest with customers. This is the 2nd parcel that I have done with them and it will be my last as its long overdue. The couriers also make up absurd excuses for not delivering a parcel to the addressee on the other side like addressee gone on holiday, etc, etc. Then they have the universal excuse of Covid, however they screwed things up for me way before it came on the scene last year too. If you want to contact them by live chat they make it quite hard to find on their site.

Parcel Monkey website was easy to navigate. However, the service chosen, Parcelforce Express24, was most unsatisfactory. It failed on several levels and the parcel eventually arrived after five days.

Brilliant service with loads of postage options and time scales. Never had a problem. If you item is too heavy or big, itll recommend a different service.

Very disappointed! Our parcel was not picked when arranged. When complaining to Parcel Monkey they said ‘There service doesn’t start doesn’t until the Parcel is picked up! Taking no responsibility. so bear in mind when using this service if you arrange for overnight delivery paying more money on a specified day and it’s not picked for another day or two it’s not their problem!!!

Merry Xmas to you too parcel monkey! Just had an automatic charge of £52!! taken from my bank acc because my parcel was actually under weight!! Against their volumetric calculator. So an £11 shipping charge has cost me £63 . Beware an un ethical company who look to profit from any discrepancy in paperwork regardless of actual cost incurred by them. This charge also comes a day after another shipment I sent was lost! And I’m now trying to claim the value back! This company has cost me more is losses than actual profit of sending products out!! You’ve been warned !

Awful customer service. Posted my item and went on its doomed journey. The parcel was returned but for different reasons that didnt make any sense (them monkeys left hand werent talking to the right hand). Had to even pay a ridiculous return fee for the item!

Quite simply - DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY! Our charity paid £100 to urgently post 7 items to our charity partners and they only arranged collection for 3! After the most frustrating back and forth with their so called customer service team to say we are not getting the confirmation texts and emails we required, they still only rebooked 2, leaving us to drive the last 2 to the post office and pay all over again! PM tried to blame DPD who showed me on both occasions it wasnt on their system so PM must be at fault. Customer service then trot out copy and paste answers and accepted no responsibility and would not put me in contact with a manager. You cant ring them and you go round and round with their chat function... and they have offered no money back at all for the late pick ups or stress its caused our charity! Remains to be seen if they refund the two cancelled orders.... Only thing is at least they do respond inside their 3 hour window they promise but thats about it. Just go direct to the courier services is the moral of this story as time wasters like this cause more money and stress than you should have to face.

The website made the process very easy with simple step by step instructions. There were a number of options available at various prices. We went. Idle of the road and I have to say the service was first class. We tracked the parcel to Canada which took. Total of six days door to door. I highly recommend this service.

Very easy to use give different rates and we can choose, very efficient in the day was booked came for collection and the delivery was for 4th December but delivering was 2 days before all in good condition

Parcel monkey have debited an additional £42 for an original £10 delivery claiming the weight of the woollen coat I sent to my son was 62kg and in a package 2 meters long. I explained there must be a mistake and they must investigate. Less than two days later, the money leaves my account. I have been provided no photographic or otherwise for this charge and false claim. I have also contacted the courier Courier and they have not provided any evidence of this parcel to date. Is this legal. I aim to find out.
