The website was easy to navigate. I sent the parcel to Poland and it was delivered within 3 days from dropping off at the post office. Definitely I will use it in the future.

I have not used Parcel Monkey UK before and needed to send a parcel to Brunei which is not an easy destination to reach. Parcel Monkey were brilliant, and also way cheaper than the alternatives. They collected my parcel on Monday morning and it reached its destination in Brunei on Saturday morning. Absolutely no fuss and a great service. I will definitely recommend and thank you very much!

I used ParcelMonkey many times. But recently their services are less reliable and had to raise issues with them. Now one of my parcels gone missing. ParcelMonkey doesnt have a customer contact number and complaints had to log through their website. I will not use it in the future and never recommend to anyone.

I’m happy with the cost but I expected the delivery was door to door but that wasn’t the case. The parcel was picked up from my home but was not delivered to the addressee rather they were contacted to come over and get their package. If you would not deliver door to door please be specific.
