Cheapest parcel delivery was found on Parcel Monkey. I used another site before being recommended Parcel Monkey and the cheapest delivery on that site was nearly £10 more.
I won’t bother using the other sites now!

Posted my parcel Saturday and was to be delivered Tuesday with contents fir my sisters wedding. A week later it still hasnt arrived and no update on tracking other than collected.

Paid Parcelmonkey £98 for a small 2kg International Parcel to be shipped by Courier. Parcel was returned to me 2 days after collection due to an item containing a small battery, which I then removed. Parcelmonkey told me they can’t arrange to reship my parcel as the service I paid for had been used, and told me that I would have to pay the full shipping charge again. Courier can’t help as I have no contract with Courier as I paid Parcelmonkey. When I complained Parcelmonkeys exact words were “we are not a courier we are just a price comparison site” ... this was in spite of them taking payment from my credit card, in return for shipping my parcel. I have had to pay and arrange for reshipping direct with Courier this time ( which is working out £15 cheaper). Also raising a dispute with my credit card company to recover the original fee paid to this “price comparison site” masquerading as a courier service

Excellent service. Used these before to send a large box to Spain. Can’t believe how quickly it arrived. If there was any criticism it would be that something did get broken in the box so not sure how carefully things get handled but also I could of packed it better so wouldn’t put me off using them again.

I PAID FOR NEXT DAY COLLECTION AND IT DIDNT HAPPEN. NOBODY NOTIFIED ME AND I WASTED A WHOLE DAY WAITING IN FOR PARCELS TO BE COLLECTED. I ENQUIRED AT ABOUT 1800 HRS TO SEE WHY THEY HADNT BEEN PICKED UP AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD BE COLLECTED UP TO AS LATE AS 1900 HOURS BUT NO ONE TURNED UP THEN HAD TO WAIT IN THE FOLLOWING DAY AGAIN. THE PARCELS WERE EVENTUALLY PICKED THE NEXT DAY IN THE AFTERNOON. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

A quarter of the price the post office wanted..but still dropped off at the post office. Lol! Fully tracked and delivered from UK to Germany in a few days, at a time when most post is slow due to covid-19. Would recommend
