Superb service again. Delivery was a little slower than usual but I suspect its due to Covid again and my parcel was going to France. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone.

Having used Parcel Monkey for numerous years, with no doubt or question, having always provided a top service. This time, with a pandemic, I really wasnt sure if things would work out and if my family would get their usual Christmas box. Well, Parcel Monkeys service remained unchanged, professional and very competitive and website very clear and understandable. I am so pleased to say parcel arrived in Europe on the fifth working day from collection. Highly recommended

It was so easy to choose which courier I wanted. I ended up choosing DHL as they come and pick up the parcel. All I had to do was weight the package I was sending, pay using PayPal, wrap it up and print the label.
Will definitely be using parcelmonkey again!

All went well... I used Royal Mail collection service. Communication was good, but it would have been helpful to have a window of possible collection times. I had to stay in all day waiting, and collection was late afternoon.

Im amazed at both the efficiency and the price!! We were able to track it all the way!! Comparing the weight of the parcel we sent ( 16.5kg) and comparing the post office price for a fraction of that, I wonder if they will ever survive!!

I wanted to send a parcel to Italy , it was really easy to print the label and send it off... the website was good to .... I couldn’t believe after just a few days the parcel arrived, being a lot cheaper than Royal Mail

I was needing a parcel sent overseas at a reasonable cost but also speedy delivery (Royal Mail quoted silly amount for 60days delivery time) and I found Parcelmonkey. I’d never heard of the site before and was abit wary (can’t be too careful these days) however once I made sure the site was legit and the prices and delivery times were decent I booked my slot for two parcels to be sent and they gave me the required info for the sending of them and thankfully all ran smoothly from start to finish. Would recommend if needing to send parcels and not wanting to be ripped off by other postage prices and delivery times!

Very disappointed, my parcel never got collected and I couldnt get any response from live chat at Parcel Monkey. I wont be using this lot again. A company called DX was suppose to another courier that I needed for the next day but they never turned up after waiting all day for them. My advice is to find a trustworthy company if your parcel is urgent as there is obviously no guarantee youll get it with this lot.

Collection worked well, the following day and on time. 3 day delivery turned out to be 7 days, and although much effort , and tape, was applied to the packaging it was pulled apart and the contents delivered in three parts. Be warned, wooden or steel box needed to survive the way parcels are treated by the carrier.
