Does what it says on the tin. You add parcel details, they find you the cheapest price. print a label, they pick it up and it gets delivered when promised. easy!

Disgusting, terrible service ever used. Parcelforce can go to hell. Charge me £17for 4 days service after 10 days parcel. Still not delivered. Absolutely **** service.

Parcel collected promptly.
I had written wrong address and only realised when parcel was out for delivery. Apart from difficulty in finding how to contact courier. and 25 minute wait for web chat, they could not have been more helpful and redirected parcel at no extra charge.

SCAMMERSSSS. In the first reply to email and chat. You are not giving the service for which we are paying, pretending that the parcel has been collected, has been delivered and bla-bla. Scammers! I am trying to follow up myself with DPD to figure out your lies and irresponsibility. No contact number, after 5-6 hours waiting on chat you keep saying the same "copy-paste" quote without solving the case.

Complete monkeys. Had booked a priority delivery to spain. Now 2 weeks later, parcel cannot be traced and they are refusing to acknowledge its been lost. It was a high value parcel as well. probably just dont want to pay insurance money.

Use Parcel Monkey to send an item to Ireland via Parcel Force48. Took 3 weeks to get a proof of delivery as I was told the item was originally refused. First and last use of this service

We had a large collection booked (80 parcels) and had 2 parcels that wouldnt scan. Was told by parcel monkey they would re produce the labels and to add the new labels to the boxes and arrange collection for the next day, which we did. Both parcels still wouldnt scan the next day. Parcel monkey advised they would re produce the labels again and to rebook for the next day which we did. On the next day, the labels still wouldnt scan. We contacted parcel monkey who told us to just rebook for tomorrow using the same labels and try again! This is 4 days now of the same bar codes not scanning. Parcel monkey will not help! Our customers paid for next day delivery. This is causing us major problems, but parcel monkey will not offer any solutions, they just say oh try again tomorrow! there is clearly a problem with the labels as its the same 2 packages every day that wont scan. . Customer service is terrible! Avoid at all costs!

I had to ship a painting within the UK. Considering the size and weight, the price was very reasonable (Parcelforce 24). It was picked up the next day after booking and delivered safely before 9AM the next day. I was able to track it the whole way. Experience was excellent overall. FYI, i had last used a different carrier (also booked through Parcel Monkey) and that was not a good experience (late delivery and poor tracking). I guess it depends on which carrier you select. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey & Parcelforce again.

The service worked OK, but I did not receive a receipt for payment either from Parcel Monkey of from my selected carrier (DHL), and as i needed that for the consignee I wasted serious time working out how to get proof of posting.

Very poor. Failed to pick up. After several attempts to get issue resolved they agreed to re-arrange pick and email second address label (which would arrive in 30mins). Label never arrived so I cancelled pick up and am still waiting for refund. Will not use them again.

My parcel was picked up on 30th November 2020, from Wolverhampton to be delivered to France. It is now the 20 January NO PARCEL DELIVERED. Parcel was sent back to the international hub in England on 30 December 2020. Parcel monkey HAVE DONE NOTHING TO TRACK THIS PARCEL IN 22 Days. I’m having to find things out for myself. Disgusting service, first and last time I’ll use you. Beverley.

Parcel has been returned by carrier with little or not information why. Carrier very difficult to contact but eventually explained I needed another form to complete from the post office. It’s been a real pain! Wish I had just taken it to the local post office.
