This service is the worst, I’ve not been able to get any help, I paid £120 for a parcel to be delivered to my kids valued at £200 and they still have not received it, it’s now Jan 6th and no one can tell me what’s happening with it. I will be writing a review every day until my kids get their gifts.

Yes their prices are great Ive used the number of times and I would have given them 4 possibly five stars but after the service Ive had this year when my parcel went missing over the Christmas period has been absolutely diabolical. My parcel was picked up on the 3rd of December and it went miss him between these and DPD now.dpd dont let you speak to them regarding it because you booked it all through parcel monkey the only way to communicate with them is through live chat or email and is all you Ive had from them for a month is just give us more time when dealing with it just give us more time Im they dont seem to want to do anything other than that they wont give out their policies and they dont seem to want to refund via the insurance that I paid out for on my parcel either. So from this I would say that this company is very much a hit-and-miss experience when its good and working its good when things go bad they dont want to know and they dont do nothing to help you or reimburse you so on your own head be it.

I needed to send a large,heavy fagile parcel without it costing the earth. I was told about parcel monkey. It was quick and easy to use. Was able to track the parcel and was delivered within 24hrs. Would definitely use again

I discovered this site a few years ago and have been using it on and off since then. It makes life so easy, with clear pricing and competitive rates, all at the same place. My collection was done at the agreed time, the parcel delivered when it should have and all this at the really busy period of New Year. I will keep using them and I recommend them.

Used Parcel monkey a couple of times now, both for domestic and international parcels. Always really efficient and much cheaper options than sending through Royal Mail. Would definitely recommend.

I sent a 25kg parcel to Japan over the New Year weekend.
The value for money was excellent in comparison to the big hitters, half the price and the parcel arrived ahead of expectations.
I have used Parcel Monkey and experienced delays so not always perfect...but my last two parcels with DHL were more than double the cost and took a lot longer to arrive and involved shockingly bad customer service.

I was going to wait until ParcelMonkey had solved my current problem to leave them a 1-star, but as its now been 3 weeks, and theyre still making minimal effort to help me, with no signs of progress on the horizon, I may as well leave it now. In short, two parcels collected for UK 24 hour delivery on 21st December. One arrived 9 days late, on the 31st. One is still missing today, 6th Jan. So, the overall issue is one of an inability to carry out the service they offer. But then you contact Customer Support... When you contact CS, a random member of staff will reply to your ticket each time by apologising, before asking you to be patient. Repeat ad nauseam. In fairness to ParcelMonkey, their staff are VERY good at apologising, and asking customers to be patient. When you ask to escalate your query to a manager, these queries are also responded to by the regular CS staff, who simply copy and paste replies from managers, while forgetting that you can see that the name of the person who sent it doesnt match the name at the end of the message. Staff are either unwilling, or unable to answer the simplest of questions. No phone numbers or other ways of contacting, so youre stuck with dealing with them. The absolute definition of a middle-man - happy to take your money, but either uninterested or incapable when things go wrong. I used to use ParcelMonkey a few years back, and so approached them this time expecting good things. Im not exaggerating when I say this has been the worst customer experience Ive ever had, that it continues to get worse with each passing day, and I can only recommend that everyone reading this avoid them, and go directly with the couriers. You will likely get a better service, and if things go wrong, youre at least able to deal with someone who can help you.

Run away as far as you can from this service if youre a business. If there was a way to give a zero star, I would have selected that, that is how bad the service is. Ive had to deal with so many errors and mistakes. Missed collections, missed deliveries, tracking links not working. And to top it off, I told them in advance that I will miss collections because the tracking link is not updating but they still kept insisting dont worry and Ive had collections being missed up to 2-3 days for individual parcels. So collection was made 3 days late and everyday, it was the same story. And when they know they messed up, they dont respond to the ticket, they wait for hours to pass so you really cannot say anything. There is no form of communication over telephone. When you ask to complain, they give a postal address to write to, so the complaint system is dated 2 centuries ago. Beware, if you do decide to use them on a regular basis, remember, you yourself will be working as an employee to keep on top of the orders because their team is useless. I even spoon fed them with the issues and problems and they still couldnt help. The most horrible experience ever. Had to move to another provider as it was effecting me mentally and just kept me angry all day long. And of course, my customers were upset with me because their products were being delayed.

This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey in the last month. Again I have received an excellent service cannot praise enough. The whole process was easy to follow from start to finish with the added bonus of knowing I had saved money by using them. Will deffinitely use them when sending parcels in the future.

Where do I start. From a late pick up, to awful "scripted" responses to queries. They have no contact number, and I waited a month for an update on my parcel after chasing everyday via online messenger- their only method of communication. They wont pass on the courier companies details for "privacy reasons" but they dont have good enough relationships with the courier companies to be able to manage your booking. Was charged customs duty on delivery due to the courier company they used having "wholesale" in their name and my parcel being considered as commercial. Absolutely not worth the "saving". My advice would be avoid at all costs and go direct with a courier company.

I appreciate that the run up to Xmas was a v difficult busy time but both my parcels were booked as a 2 day delivery & they took over a week to arrive, I was not happy.
