Batter than direct with the couriers

Cheap but efficient service, with the knowledge that although booked through Parcel Monkey, your package is being delivered via your choice of courier, included trusted brands. Picked up on time, delivered on time. The only issue I had was a query as to what was happening with parcels delivered abroad during Christmas as they were taking much longer than usual. Although this was due to issues including the Christmas rush, Covid staffing and Brexit uncertainty, Parcel Monkey replied promptly, chased up the courier company and kept me updated, as well as providing contact details if I wanted further info. In contrast, another courier company I no longer use made it incredibly difficult to get in touch with them by making contact details (for a human being) almost impossible to find on their site, instead directing me constantly to AI customer service, and when I did eventually speak to a human, I was basically told my parcel "might or might not turn up, who knows". Would highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

The despatch description as Doddle, Morrisons was misleading. Needed to go to Customer Services at Morrisons.

First, the price doubled for the service as I went through the on-line booking with no explanation. Then the courier turned up a day late despite paying for an overnight service, finally delivering after three more days. Then, despite very clear instructions as to how to handle the package, which was large and heavy, it was delivered very badly damaged, in such a state that it could only have been done deliberately. Second high value item that has been trashed in a week. Just dont bother with this lot, they are useless.

Opted for the cheapest courier collection service to send parcels, which was seemingly DHL. With VAT and entering the value of the goods the cost quickly went up. Courier collected 20 minutes ahead of the time window given, in a plain grey van, but I didn’t get a collection receipt as paper receipts no longer given and there was no email acknowledgment from the scanned parcels. I was worried I’d been scammed until the parcels were delivered the next day! I had no tracking numbers given, only Parcel Monkey’s order reference, which didn’t help and I couldn’t reach DHL by phone, only email enquiry service with a 2-3 day reply. Not a stress-free experience!

Very easy and straightforward to use. Price comparison and services included in shipment easy to read and understand. Smooth execution once courier was chosen (labelling of parcel and pick up, as well as, tracking updates until parcel delivered). I will definitely use again.

Horrible service. Parcel never arrived. The communication was horrible with the company. I kept explaining to everyone on chat the situation and they were just giving a template answer. Please do not use this service. It is a scam

worst service ever. they canceled the service and lost my parcel. They just dropped the parcel somewhere despite me insisting to keep the parcel at the moment since I moved from that place. Please dont use this service at all. The parcel will never reach the final destination.

Didnt turn up as scheduled for six parcels. All supposed to be one-day delivery. Spoke to customer services after the non-arrival of the courier. They were not remotedly bothered. Would not refund or even offer a goodwill gesture. Appalling service. Im using someone else next time. Id advise everybody else to the same.

I use parcel monkey a lot, and with a variety of suggested courier forms.
Always good deals and excellent customer service should I need it.
Most times everything is spot on, although if there is a problem its resolved effectively. I look forward to using them again and you should too.
