Great in UK
However we have used Parcel Monkey for parcels to Europe and the tracking stops when the parcel leaves the UK
This is understandable when you think about it but we had an anxious few days as our parcel stopped moving
We only knew it had arrived because the recipient thanked us
It would have been good to be warned about this

I booked a parcel force 48 parcel collection Through you. At paying Time whilst booking I was offered an upgrade to 24. For an additional £1.00 . I did decide to take advatage. And have done in the past. However it and all previous times I have done this it still took 48 hrs . Whsts I can see from the progres of the tacking progres that it was never upgraded. Even though I paid you. I have also booked parcel forcec 24 before and watched the tracking progres meany times sobi can tell. Rip off. Graham Duran. 14 princes road Hull Hu52rd. 07774251441.

The package was collected by parcel force as stated by parcel monkey but tracking it reveals that it does not appear to have even reached France yet. This is not up to the usual parcel monkey quality service

Everything delivered as promised. Parcels picked up on Monday afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning. The communication was good and easy to track. I would definitely use the service again

Service was easy to use and while the shipment costs were similar, the insurance cost was far cheaper than the competition that Id spent a couple of hours researching. The shipment cost was cheaper than using DHL direct and none of the major couriers seemed to offer insurance if booked directly.
One package could not be scanned successfully upon collection but was done an hour later at the depot. One delivery was unfortunately held back for24 hours by DHL but neither of these were Parcel Monkeys fault.
All in all a good value service for door to door collection and delivery in the current very challenging circumstances.

I sent a 15 piece tea set to USA with this company. It was well packed and had ‘FRAGILE’ stickers. It cost over £ 50.00 to send this item. Three of the 15 pieces arrived broken. I AM UNHAPPY.

Have now used Parcel Monkey numerous times and have always received great service. Online parcel booking is easy to use and records details of your parcels and you can track delivery. Also very reasonably priced.

The experience with Parcelmonkey itself has been ok...the website works ok and got a very good price. However, warnings as to delays on shipping to Europe weren’t visible, and my parcel will not get there in the time promised. There is no easy way to contact them to understand the issue.
