Its a very easy to use service which gives you lots of options of different courier companies and their fees. Once you select the one you want, Parcel Monkey will email the address label and you simply drop off your package at your chosen outlet.

I had a parcel collected 11 days ago and it is still stuck in the international hub!!! Parcel Monkey customer service keeps telling me to be patient and wait for updates, which is not very helpful at all. I cannot call and talk to anybody because they dont have a telephone line. I will not use this company again.

I paid for next day delivery and my parcel is now 4 working days in and still not been delivered - I had to call DHL for them to find my parcel as it has went "missing"

We were actually recommended to you by our local post office for an international shipment last year and now use regularly. Booking on is easy, print labels and parcel collected. Even booking on at 8pm parcel collected next day. Great service and know you are dealing with someone who will get things sorted Highly recommend

Parcel collected by Courier courier (video footage from security camera). Parcel not scanned and ‘lost’. Cannot speak to an actual person about this. Messages to support unanswered ????????????

I have used Parcel Monkey twice in 3 weeks. The pick ups were spot on and within the 1 hour window. The first parcel was due to arrive the following day, this was confirmed on the tracker. However it did not arrive until the day after, neither the recipient nor I were informed of the delay. This was worrying. I think the service should have a procedure to inform either the sender or the recipient.
The second parcel arrived the next day within the 1 hour window.
Both parcels arrived intact and I damaged.

In November I booked a collection for my parcel to be picked up by DX delivery through Parcel Monkey and delivered back to Amazon. Toward the end of December, the parcel ended up back at my house with a damaged box and parcel monkey say that they cannot refund me the £12 I paid them for this collection and delivery to take place because they say that the job was done? Well, no it was not. I highly recommend avoiding parcel monkey and their incompetence.
