Efficient service as always. More complex to send abroad due to Brexit, but Parcel monkey made it as straight forward as it could.

First of all, even though I had paid for the collect from door service, the driver refused to come up to collect the parcel because he said ‘the waiting time for the elevator was too long’. He demanded I come downstairs. Then, apparently parcelmonkey lost my parcel. I am truly disappointed by this appalling service and expect a full refund and compensation for the parcel.

Service was efficient but parcel insurance levels are obscene. 50 pounds to cover transport of a coffee machine, may be down to Royal mail as monkey is just a webservice

A bad experience with Parcel Monkey. Decided to give them a try due to the range of courier options offered and anticipated competitive pricing structure. The first parcel I sent was via Courier next day and was delayed unexpectedly. I alerted Parcel Money who cited T&Cs and said that delivery was not guaranteed. Apparently I was part of an unlucky 1-2% of failed next day deliveries. Lo and behold the next parcel I sent (same service) was also automatically delayed by at least a day. Contrary to Parcel Monkey citing this as uncommon, it seems to be the norm. Flagged it with Parcel Monkey who could not have been less interested, again citing no guarantees. To add insult to injury, I paid over £30 for an expensive item to go Courier through these guys, which would have been significantly cheaper AND guaranteed next day through Royal Mail. Id paid more on the assumption that Courier would be more reliable, but more fool me - the delivery is not even using the main Courier operation (different scanning labels and drivers etc), so the service level is well below par. Needless to say I wont be using this company again and suggest others take note if you are sending items and anticipating an efficient service - you wont find it here!

I have used Parcel monkey three times over the last 12 months. The first time was perfectly fine, but the other two have been awful. Both were parcels being sent to Japan from the UK, gifts for younger cousins. A week after each parcel arrived I received an email saying that the courier had weighed the parcel at 2x what it actually did, and I was charged an extra amount in the realm of £20 for each parcel. After making a complaint the first time, I thankfully had a receipt from collection where they had weighed my parcel at lower than the declared weight, so could prove that the additional charge was incorrect, and I was refunded. The second time I have made another complaint, and on checking the courier they have now said my weights were correct, but the dimensions they have given are clearly incorrect as one of the two parcels in that shipment was a certificate folder, and could not be 16cm deep. I am yet to receive a refund for this charge, and the company are currently refusing to give one, but I will update my review to reflect if they do.

Found the whole process pretty easy. Drop off was quick and the parcel arrived on time. Will definitely use them again.

I didn’t use you , because for 2 days they said they were coming to pick thr parcel up at certain time and they came at a different time . So I used thr post office much better service , you charge me £7 for nothing

Disgusting Response. Ordered with Courier, they collected two parcels but one would not scan but the driver took it anyway. Funnily enough, has got lost and nobody knows where it is. Courier not helpful because we booked through Parcelmonkey, who turned around and said its nothing to do with them because we dont have any proof the parcels were collected in the first place (Courier dont leave anything, including an email) so have wiped there hands of it. Possibility of £2000 down the drain, disgusting.

Disgusting service, did not deliver my parcel, four weeks and still not refunded the cost of the lost/not delivered item plus the postage of which I paid additional insurance. I have tracked this from day one, constantly messaging them fir an update, there is no telephone number, when you go through the message system, they do not answer your questions, just offer an empty apology, do not apologise just refund what you did not deliver/lost, they have ignored my six requests for the names of owners of the company and contact details. ATROCIOUS ATTITUDE AND NO MORALS!!!!!

No phone number, email replies take 24hrs. I sent a parcel to spain, it went through customs ok but was never delivered, my friend and I both received emails stating he (the friend) refused to pay the customs fee and it was to be returned to their office (300miles away) my options are to pay £25 to have it delivered to me, destroy it or drive and pick it up. They cant produce a copy of the signed form my friend would of had to of signed to return it because it doesnt exist but they after 24 hours consideration they simply resent me the origional email saying they side with the company who tried to deliver. I know parcel monkey dont actually deliver the parcel, but given there is no evidence they signed to return it and i have sent emails from my friend stating this, they take the easy (free) path and side with the agent, rather than with their own customer....(rant over)

I used Parcel Monkey to ship two parcels. None of them arrived. Neither the receiver, nor myself, received any type of notification or message regarding the status of the parcels and/or chance of redelivery. We were not contacted whatsoever until I received an email from them informing me the parcels where being sent back. After enquiring and requesting a refund, all they said is they were sorry and to please pay for posting it back to me. For all I know the parcels never left. What a scam of company. Would not recommend it to anyone! Very disappointed most of all for their lack of professionality and help when dealing with my complain.
