My heavy crate of equipment was picked up and delivered, which was great, and I have no complaints about that, but the crate itself was utterly battered by the time it arrived, the handles were smashed off and gone, one wheel was off and there were two huge holes. We had to chuck the crate, but amazingly nothing inside was broken.

Have used Parcel Monkey UK twice and both time I was able to find the best carrier at best price possible for my needs and the process was easy and smooth.

Dont use this courier service ups piggy back off them both are as bad as each other. Always find a way not pay out on compensation for damaged goods not packed correctly if this was the case it wouldnt have left the factory just to point out oven was still in its original packaging!! Then charge me for being over weight which wasnt the case ups worker said in there warehouse when I pick up the oven it wasnt 60kg single 600mm x595mm oven at most are 40kg so all have been warned!!

Relatives left an entire bag accidently when they visited. They needed it pretty soon. They had it back in 24 hrs at a fraction of the price it could have been had inused normal postal.

They never answer any questions just repeating the same things. I still have no idea what was their problem. Parcel monkey and the courier gave a horrible experience. Never again.After two weeks the parcel still in transit. Est. delivery was 3-4 days.

First time using and didn’t even know about it till trying to work out how to get a large item delivered.All really good, easy to set up the pick up and delivery, paying ,the label. All of it straightforward and it worked well. Will definitely use them again.

Ive just received an email from Parcel Monkey stating that Im going to be charged an extra £48 because the courier claims that the 4.8 kilo parcel I sent to Israel now weighs 9 kilos! The parcel was weighed twice, once at home, once at the post office on post office scales before I attached the label so Ive obviously written to dispute this (no option to phone - how convenient (for PM) - because theres no number to call). There is therefore no doubt that the original stated weight was indeed correct, hence my anger. (I should mention here that a quick search has revealed that this is not an isolated incident so regardless of the outcome of my complaint I will NEVER use this company again.)

Arranged for two packages to be collected, was given collection slot between 11.30 and 12.30 by the courier (DPD). Nobody showed up. Parcel Monkey very unhelpful (DPD insisted I could only sort the problem out via Parcel Monkey). Eventually Parcel Monkey agreed to contact DPD, but I’ve heard nothing back.

The booking was straightforward but tracking not accurate and was attempted delivery but tracking stated otherwise, and because the person its being delivered to did not know they missed it and had to pay £35 to have it re delivered today making it more expensive

All fine till I went to drop off the parcel. The pick up shop said ‘three invoices attached’ were required and Parcel Monkey instructions said just One. So I had to go round town, find a print shop, open up the Document envelope and borrow some sticky tape. And drive back to the shop. A couple of hours only!
